From the first day I began taking these vitamins They gave me very very bad heartburn, acid reflux and stomach pain. I’m hoping that I could return this bottle I bought.

I have been a Terra Origin user for three years and this product still never fails me. I take this in conjunction with powder collagen supplement. Helped me with hormonal acne and hair loss.

Every since i have been taking this product,my hair sheds less and my nails are super strong, they use to be soft and i would tear them easily.

I've tried a ton of different vitamins for hair, nails and skin these are by far the absolute best. Highly recommend!!

Good product

Clearer skin

I was taking these and a week or 2 into it I started feeling nauseous. I was nauseous daily but blamed it on a intestinal surgery I had a few months back. Another week or so went by and I started feeling awful. Tired-really just exhausted. My symptoms were just getting worse but lasting too long to be illness. I decided to stop these vitamins. First day off nausea went away, day two I feel normal again. I have no idea what didn't agree with me, but I have never had this issue with vitamins before. Money in the trash.
