Flips Easily, Otherwise Great
Base is light and easy to assemble, and the hammock itself was very easy to put together! My only complaint is actually how light the base is; on days with even a relatively moderate breeze the hammock can easily tip itself completely over when not being used, so your options are to either weigh down the base, or take down the hammock when not in use. Thankfully taking the hammock down is extremely easy so it's a minor complaint. Flips easily as well when you get in/out of it if you're not careful, but I think that's something to do with the hammock itself rather than the base; remember to tighten the hooks! One button for the pillows instantly ripped itself off due to the flipping issue (my arm got caught under it), so keep in mind they're not crazy strong.Honestly I'm pretty damn satisfied; this was my first ever hammock purchase, and it's so spacious I can toss and turn on it without worry. Fabric feels good quality and is water resistant to a point. Looks good, feels good, and pretty much exactly what I paid for and expected.

So Far, So Good!
It may be a little too soon to give this a reliable rating as it stands up to time (since it just arrived a few days ago), but there are some really cool things about this so far. I live in Hawaii (where it rains most everyday) and was a little concerned about leaving it in the elements. My 1st choices were rope hammocks with removable pads that I could bring in whenever I needed to, or easily wash, but I also needed one that will hold the weight of 2 people (and nearly all the above have a 275 lb. limit). Not wanting to chance that I'd buy a lighter one and regret it, I gave this one a try since it was reversible and definitely sized for 2 adults. It was super easy to assemble (less than a minute with no tools!) and I've already relocated it from a patio to a balcony. Although the pads are a material which will dry quickly in the sun, I installed a wall hook allowing me to hang it up under the eaves out of the rain next to the frame. So far it's better than I expected, but even if the hammock itself doesn't survive this climate, I can easily buy a rope hammock to use with this stand.

Takes 5 minutes or less to set up or take down
The frame is made up of 5 tubes that snap and lock together. The hammock itself is a heavy, quilted fabric with a rather floppy pillow. We opened and stuffed a bit more padding into the pillow. The ropes at each end of the hammock are a soft but heavy duty material. I did note that the ends of these ropes are just wrapped with a bit of clear tape. They will unravel quickly as the tape gives out. I plan to try treating the end of each rope with a some super glue to stick the fibers together. We have not left the hammock out in the weather, but I would guess that if water penetrates the fabric the quilted hammock and the pillow would both take a long time to dry back out again. The hammock is super comfortable and easily handles two average sized people. As is the case with all traditional hammocks, it requires a bit of care and practice to get into and out of. Maybe toss some padding like a blanket across the bottom tube on the ground before you try getting into it the first time! Once in it, it is very stable for either one or two people.

So far so good
To be fair, I've only had the hammock one day. I'm not sure just yet if it will be a hammock that I use for years to come, but it's definitely one I'll be using over the next 4 or 5 months while the weather is nice enough. I live in GA, so the weather tends to be pretty warm through much of the winter. I received it in one box and needed literally no instructions, though they were included. Set up was extremely simple and I had it together in less than ten minutes. It's comfortable and seems fairly sturdy, although I'm skeptical of the 450lb weight limit. However, I'm a slim guy and weigh about 175, so it's not enough of a concern to worry about.Be forewarned however, that there is NO separate padding. The hammock bed is woven together to form the bed itself. I'm only mentioning this (and taking off one star) because this is certain to run into a problem should I leave it in the elements. If it gets wet, it will most likely mildew, so I'm taking it in and out each time I use it. This is however, a simple fix. It's a matter of unhooking one side and rolling up the bed. The frame itself does feel sturdy enough, however, it creaks when I get in it, and I can't be completely certain it won't bend over time. Only time will tell. It's a very large frame, which I knew from the beginning. For those of you considering it for an apartment patio, be aware of this. It's pretty wide (about 5 feet across with the wooden spreader bars on the bed of the hammock) and the frame itself is right at 12 feet. It will take up your entire patio.Overall, as long as it holds up, I'll be happy. I did lay in it the first day and it's extremely comfortable, big enough for two people, although I haven't had anyone in it with me yet. I'll update this later if there are issues and if it's still a positive review if I get another person in it with me and it continues to hold up. So far, happy with the purchase, especially for $80.

Very Pretty
Shipped fast and took only 20 minutes to put together. I got this for my son and daughter-in-law to relax in the yard with their baby. Easily fit 2 people, pretty in the yard as the selections offered allowed me to pick on that matches with their outdoor seating. The poles fit well but a little wobbly but once in it, the middle of the hammock is tighter than the sides so I think it has to stretch a little bit so you don't roll off to one side or the other.

Perfect, strong, and large
Very simple to assemble. I like that it’s wide, and sturdy so you don’t sink in then you sit on it. I also have an about 85 pound dog who LOVES laying on hammocks with me. He is awkward and heavy. While I lay on it, he can jump up and join me and there is plenty of room for both of us. I love this hammock. Bonus points for coming with a pillow!
