FLEXI LED Lighting System for flexi Retractable Leashes with Rechargeable Battery - Splashproof - Black

Bought this for my son’s dog Henry. He likes to be walked at night in our subdivision. The white light helps us see and to make sure we have cleaned up after him. The red light makes us more visible to traffic. The lead is good quality and is easy to retract.

The red flashing light is a nice visibility feature. The light is bright. The velcro holds good. USB-C cable is surprisingly nice. You usually don't get that from most Amazon products. It includes a velcro cap if you want to remove the light. My only complaint is that it would be nice if it included an extra velcro ring to share with other retractables or if you old one retractable needs to be replaced.

I had the old style where you replace batteries and that one was good- this new one where you can recharge is even better - Great light for night time poop pick up and crossing the street - everyone asks where I gotIt - I should be the spokesperson - but the product sells itself in its perfection highly recommend

I love the functionality of this product. Night time walks are now much more enjoyable. The flash light makes picking up droppings a breeze and the red light makes us more visible to vehicles. I wish the usb c cover was more durable because mine fell off and not sure if it will become damaged if water gets inside. Also the red flashing light is only visible from one side of the leash so I almost need two of these for maximum visibility.

The media could not be loaded. I had bought one of these over 5 years ago when Flexi was still newish to the American market, and loved it. Over the years I finally had to replace my entire flexi setup new leash, light, and mutlibox and I like the upgrades features. Mainly the rechargeable port, and slightly new design, it all still functions the same, nice bright lights and love the red strobe. I don't really use the lights while in the city but when I go camping they work great for that.

After receiving this light, I was missing the adhesive white round Velcro ring that goes on the retractable leash to attach the light. I pressed the front and back buttons, and the white and red lights worked fine. After fully charging the unit, the front switch would not turn on the white lights. The back switch strangely turned on the white lights and the red lights never turned on again. Years ago I had the original light with batteries which worked great but after much abuse from dropping, it stopped working. I thought that this unit with the USB charger would be a game changer. So disappointed.

Easy to use perfect size, great design to fit with the retractable leash, doesn't add any real weight, built well to last and helps keep my dog safe at night with a good light.

We have FLEXI leashes for many years. I would never buy anything else for retractable leashes. At the time of our first purchase, they offered the battery light. After time and many drops (my fault) the light finally broke beyond repair. This is the upgraded rechargeable version. It still has the two intensity settings for the white LED, and the two settings (intermittently and permanently) for the red LED. Very happy with the brand.
