2 out of 4 times missing in the package , only cement base and cap & fire tool received so can’t use this fire pit.Shame

Very disappointed. On only the second use of the table top fire pit, we heard a ‘pop’ as the concrete body of the pit split into pieces, luckily the internal container remained in tact preventing burning bio-ethanol spilling all over my table. If I could give less than one star for ‘value for money’ and ‘safety’ then I would have.

Brought this as a gift for christmas. Was lit within 5 minutes there was a loud pop the top part had broken due to the heat and flames began coming out the side. This is not fit for use and could have caused a major house fire especially as it is advertised for indoor use. this went to a family of young children very unsafe

Within 10 minutes of lighting for the first time, the concrete cracked completely in half because the metal casing does not have enough room to expand in its groove.

It’s a lovely piece of indoor furniture and we are delighted with it. The only thing I would say is with the heat the metal frame buckles slightly and the flames come out from underneath which I’m not sure should happen but otherwise delighted.

Looks great. Gives off a fair amount of heat as well. Small enough to bring inside when the typical British weather does a total u-turn
