Q: What size is the buckle on the 13mm band?

Unless you have a watch band that dramatically tapers to a narrow width, most bands have the same buckle width & length as the band. In your case this would be approx. 13mm.

Hello, yes, the package come with 1 strap, 4 pins and 1 remove tool, thank you very much.

Q: Is the finnish on the band shiny or matte?

It’s a nice matte finish. So far it’s wearing well, no peeling.

Q: Where can I find instructions on how to install this? My order came without any instructions.

Use the little tool that came with the band to remove the metal bar that holds the band to the watch. If you push the area between the metal of the watch and the band, the bar should compact and release. To attach the new band, slip the bar into the band, put one side into the small hole, compact the other end and gently fit it into the other hold.
