I have a backdrop that came with my stand/lighting kit, however it is of very cheap material and is wrinkled beyond repair and made of cheap thin material. Found this particular product as I was looking for a wrinkle free backdrop. In the Amazon picture, the pattern looks good and I thought I'd take a chance. The backdrop arrived as advertised, and is in fact relatively wrinkle free. There are some heavy creases from the way it was folded for shipping, however not a problem as I'm sure I can iron them out, or strategically use bokeh. The material is almost like a heavy shower curtain. The only thing I would suggest is that although the pattern is beautiful, when you start shooting, I found it to be distracting in some scenarios. I suppose you simply need to choose your subjects carefully. I first tested with my dogs, no good. Then some stuffed animals, no good. Liquor bottles, no good. All of these subjects looked muddled with the distracting background. If you are shooting a live subject, I think plain clothes with no pattern would work best- and I still have some experimenting to do. I did however get some great shots using a Buddha statue I had in the house, especially when converted to black and white. It seemed to be the perfect contrast to the subject (**see attached pic**) . Overall this product is well worth it, and a welcomed addition to my amateur home studio. Bottom line is that the material is of amazing quality, the pattern is exactly as advertised, and it is in fact mostly wrinkle free.

I would have given this review a 5 star rating but I gave it a 4 star because it took a month to get here. But, It is of good quality, although, there were some defects in the sewing on the rod pocket seam, but since it's on the backside, I guess it's not a big deal. Looks amazing on film...I use it for my You Tube channel and have gotten a ton of compliments on it as well. Just remember you have to change not only your camera settings but your lighting as well using a black backdrop. If it wasn't for the delay in shipping , I would have given this a 5 star review. Hopefully, they will work that out in the future. Thanks for listening.

This is a very very nice background...I've uploaded a photo that I took of a model with red hair...you can see how she pops form this BG. The fabric feels like a windbreaker type of fabric, and the actual pattern on it feels like it's velvet...I will be ordering different colors for sure as this has become a favorite for me. It's very easy to iron, but make sure you use steam when ironing, and don't make it TOO hot. I can fold it after ironing, and still use it, but it's better to keep it rolled around something so that it stays wrinkle free. This I'm sure will last for a long time!!!Thanks,Sylvester Potter

I'm giving this item a 3 star rating! Only because I thought that, like another backdrop I purchased it had a "wood floor" look at the bottom, however this backdrop is only the black pattern part of what you see in the picture! Although I will say it is very pretty! Nice, lightweight material. Guess it just wasn't what I expected :/

Great backdrop for the photo booth at our party! Wish it was 3-4 feet wider though....I might buy a second one, or hang colored drapes along each side of it next time so that there is extra space for people in the picture.

I wished I'd read more because the wood floor and trim does not come with it....kinda thdisappointed but I will use it in my photography! The picture is deceitful!

I absolutely loved the backdrop, it met all of my expectations. I had to use my steamer to take out some of the wrinkles, but that didn't take too long. The only thing I wish I did was to but the bigger size for the adults but if your using this to take pictures of little children it babies, the standard size is perfect. this is pretty good. I love the color and I love the design. But it's not quite 5' across and it leaves a little shine when you take a picture. You can get around that with your set up though.
