Ink cartridges arrived by date stated. The first cartridge from the 2 pack was inserted and the printer couldn’t read it.The second cartridge was inserted and works fine. Will not be ordering again. It’s not worth the gamble of reordering Very disappointed... 😣Update: Customer Service reaches out to me after my review and was very eager to resolve the issue by offering a refund or a replacement. We had tossed the defective cartridge so we opted for a replacement. They rushed 2 new cartridges. I haven’t tried them yet but I have to say that the Customer Service is amazing and there was great concern for consumer satisfaction. Very rare these days! 😉

Update: I tried the second cartridge and it works while printing slowly on type but any pictures it fails after about half a page. If I let it sit then come back it will print half a page again. FAILI arrived on time and looked to be fine. I purchased (black) and the first one worked for about 10 pages of a mix of color and black and then it stopped laying down black ink like it was out of ink. I have had my printer for quite some time and I normally get about 100+ pages out of a cartridge. I'm giving you an opportunity to fix this issue. The first thing I noticed was this cartridge was much lighter than the canon cartridges I normally purchase. I would be happy to change my review if this issue is addressed.

I was a little hesitant to order a used cartridge and had concerns about how efficient it would be. So far, it has been perfect. It was delivered with the usual Amazon ease. It went right into the cartridge opening, printed without needing realignment, with dark clear ink that does not run or blur. I do wonder if it will print out as many copies as the ad suggested. If it ends up being short, I will add an addendum to this review, but so far, I am very pleased!

I've ordered this item twice. First time I was very happy with the product. This time I'm very unhappy, but I'm beyond the return window, so not much I can do about it but try a different option. I ordered the two pack, and when I installed the first one it prints nothing on the page, and shows "low ink" although I just opened and installed it. Second cartridge does print, but it's very light, and some of the text is much lighter on the page than the rest. I'll try another option next time. Too much money for one cartridge that is worthless, and one that doesn't print as it should. The first time I ordered both cartridges printed as I'd expect, and lasted a long time.

Works as expected. I’ve never used a remanufactured cartridge before but I haven’t experienced any problems so far. (I’ve probably printed about 50 pages so far)Small side note, silly me, I made a speedy purchase and didn’t realize that this was a pack of 2 black cartridges(I intended to purchase black and color) which is no big deal for me. I just changed my printer settings to print in greyscale only. I don’t really print all that much and I don’t use my printer to print pictures. Not to mention, it’s more economical to print in greyscale.

My mom gave me her old all-in-one printer, which is at least ten years old, and I wasn't sure I'd be able to find the right ink for it. Thankfully ink technology hasn't changed much in the past decade. I bought these on the cheap just in case my printer wouldn't work at *all*, but I was pleased to find that after reacquainting myself with a windows xp era manual, I was able to switch out the ink cartridge and all was well. Prints my D&D character sheets like a charm. A+.I might go back and buy the color toner at some point, but for now, I'm happy with my black ink.Shipping was fast, and it came with a little resealable bag to put your old spent cartridges in, in case you wanted to recycle them.Thanks for saving me 25 bucks!

I used to be the guy who would only purchase the printer manufacturer's cartridges. Last time I was frustrated with the price and tried Valutoner Remanufactured cartridges and found no difference in the performance and they lasted a good long time. When my ink cartridge recently ran ot, there was no question-Valutoner was my first choice and will be from now on.

I purchased these a couple months ago thinking I was ready for new ink. My then-current cartridge lasted way longer than I thought so by the time I put these in the printer I was outside the return window. Both cartridges had unacceptable and illegible print. Thus, they went directly to the garbage. I purchased genuine Canon cartridges and print quality was restored. If you're going generic- pick a different brand. If you don't- I told you so. :)
