I bought this after trying 3 other brands to help my nails to stop cracking and peeling. This was the first to actually help my nails grow stronger and longer quickly - I am now cutting my nails at least weekly. Now hair is growing quickly and is softer and fuller. Also my monthly breakout is minimized.The other thing that impressed me was the two capsule dosage, as opposed to most with a 3 pill minimum.

Not noticing any changes yet in my nails, but this is only my first bottle. But the collagen seems to be working as my skin feels more moisturized.

I have to take collagen everyday, I notice a difference when I do not take this product.

Good for bone strengthening. I use daily with Calcium for my osteoporosis. Also has biotin in it, a favorite supplement of mine .
