The vacuum first doesn't stay charged as long as I think it should and if you have a large area to cover maybe think twice. I did an area approximately 500 square feet and it would almost die near the end.It has good sucking power, bit can only pick up very small items. Is easy to empty although I find myself emptying it often and cleaning out the rod after each use because of something getting stuck. Sometimes latching of debris area doesn't latch if you don't close hard enough and you make a mess.If you have an area that you need carpet and some type of bare floor you might want to get something else. Would be good for an area of just bare floor.Overall is a good alternative to other expensive stick vacuums and still works good and does the job.

I received this back in February and have used it a handful of times, I didn't realize it wasn't actually holding a charge until I forgot to plug it in for a few hours. It will work for roughly 1 minute before it stops working.Other than that, this thing is great very helpful and useful,I have submitted a ticket with the Manufacturer, I will update once I gain a response. If you are lucky enough to get a good battery, well worth the purchase!Edit|updateI reached out to the manufacturer via their website and within 3-4 days I had the proper AC adapter mailed to me. Customer service was great, no issues. somehow I was shipped the incorrect ac adapter.Given this information, I have updated my rating and well done. Thank you.

I love this thing. Like, seriously love it.I have two cats, plus I have long hair that ends up everywhere. This picks everything up. Sometimes, I use a broom to get into the corners (it's a me thing) and then will use this instead of a dust pan and it works like a charm.The little hook cleaner thing it comes with it brilliant, and it's super easy to pull the roller brush out of the main head to clean it of any wrapped hair or anything else.The cup isn't as big as I'd like, BUT, it's a good size for a stick vacuum.I feel like I should mention it comes with two filters - one is already installed in the machine and you get a spare. The tool that helps you clean the roller has a brush end to help you clean the filters as well.It's not super light weight, but it's much lighter than any corded vacuum I've used, and the fact that it's cordless is absolutely amazing. It's been so easy to keep my stairs clean, and I love that I can take it from one room to another without worrying about an outlet!

I have been using this vacuum for a bit now and I was really excited about getting a stick vacuum as I’m not very strong and a full vacuum wears me out. It’s easy to maneuver and hide away and it charges fast. It also works on my kitchen floor which is wonderful because who has time for sweeping?The only thing that I had issues with is that hair gets caught in the dirt trap pretty easily. We have two cats and their fur is everywhere so if you don’t empty it frequently enough it can get caught in the tube sometimes.

love the sleek light weight design. picks up animal hair on the floor perfectly. great for stairs. Wish the device would hold a charge a little bit longer than it does, but overall a great purchase.

I initially bought this product because we have one at work and I thought it would be perfect for me in my tile-floored, dog hair apartment. I have back problems and this lightweight beauty is great. I love it being cord-free and am able to just vaccuum when I want with no hassles. I had a Dyson before which was just heavy for a daily vaccuum. One facet I like is that it is quiet and powerful at the same time. :) I highly recommend it. Note: I don't think it would work on carpets.Edit note: The power head does not work. I cleaned the brush and put it back in the head, but it won't turn now. Will take to a vacuum shop tomorrow as Inse is not responsive to my requests for help.

Update: After posting this review, their customer service responded to my initial customer support ticket. I sent them a couple videos and pictures of it not working and they sent a replacement part....It worked great and was super convenient...when it worked. Unfortunately, it stopped working after less than 6 months. I submitted a ticket to customer support around a month ago and aside from an automated reply that they received the message, never heard from them. I would expect more from a product of this cost. Major bummer.

I paid $100 for this on Amzn and feel like it is worth that price. Nice on hard surface floors or office type carpeting. Gets into the edges well and although it will not "lay flat" it does fold enough to reasonably reach under furniture. Picks up a. lot of dust and debris I had not realized was there!As for durability, it is hard to say quite yet. That is kind of subjective and time will tell. The battery life will be the tell. So far, so good. When it dies I will then decide if I want another or not.For your camper, by the way, I think this would be perfect as it can be stored in a small space. It is lightweight as well. I do not think I would ever pay "retail" for one of these, but with a price ceiling of $100, I'd say give it a try.

A handy product, a good replacement of Jhadoo, but don't expect too much of suction power. But OK for daily cleaning...mean if home is not too dirty. Also, second battery is really required & unfortunately, it's not available for separate purchase. Better go for the handy vaccum cleaner which provides battery replacement.

Purchased 2 cleaners, one became defective, just about 12 months, 2nd one stopped working after 3 months, worse is the service provider unfriendly and unhelpful nature even for under warranty equipments. They have no courier arrangements for anyplace, Even though customer pays for it. So the customer have to bear the cost and trouble of arranging courier. Rude, bad, hostile service provider. No one should buy and Amazon fulfilled must be removed. Thanks.
