I bought this as i'd previously had another memory foam mattress which was getting old , so I thought i'd replace it with something similar.within one month the foam had collapsed and there was a distinct trough like dip in the centre of the bed. It was hard and quite uncomfortable to sleep on, as I kept rolling into the centre of the bed. The outside edges seemed to be quite hard and raised up, as opposed to the soft centre areas.Its quite a slim mattress and even though I'm not very heavy or tall, it was surprising how quickly the mattress degraded in terms of use. I weigh a light 64Kg and I'm 5, 10 tall, and yet within a month the foam had collapsed.But from the start the foam had hard lumps and hollow areas, even before use. I'm sure the NASA technology didn't have the same issues.I wouldn't buy this mattress again and have replaced it already within 6 months of buying it.

One star is too much. Absolutely disappointed. After putting up with an awful smell for weeks, the mattress became lumpy & lost its thickness.Seller then expects customers to them arrange & pay for return shipping of double mattress. There is no way this is memory foam.We will be taking this to the tip & noting never again to use this seller!!!

Mattress turned up when opened, mattress had too small blood stains omit, plus couple of pulls.

I decided to buy this memory foam mattress via Amazon, it arrived shrink wrapped needing couple of days to form into proper shape, there was mattress 'foam smell' which went after few day's, but after only few weeks use the mattress is getting uncomfortable, I would suggest this mattress is only used on spare bed..

Very disappointed! Not at all as described on the label. I ordered this mattress because over 2600 people were happy with it. First - they delivered completely different one - quite high, with springs and not a good quality one. I call for a replacement because I thought it was a mistake. Great customer service from Amazon! They were understanding when I explained I cannot pack a double mattress properly enough for safety transportation. They said in that case I can keep it and donate it give it away and they ordered a new one for me. They said they cannot guarantee I will receive the one I want because it doesn’t depend on them. I was quite happy when the new one arrived but I noticed the label on the box was exactly the same as the previous one! The mattress inside was different (no springs, the described hight) and I looked much closer to the pictures. But I was curious and unzipped the sleeve just to check what’s inside - it was nothing as the description and the label on the box - it sais it’s got few layers - including latex, memory foam and so on. In fact there were only 2 things - nostalgic sponge and about 1cm -1.5cm memory foam. It’s too thin and not hard enough so we could feel the slats underneath.We decided to keep the first one with the springs temporarily because it was at least thick enough.I guess if you’re not too heavy it is a good budget choice but don’t expect a real memory foam as described!
