Sleek looking, suitable for double socket (updated 16/10/2022)
The item arrived in a plain box, which can be fully recycled. Included is a small instruction pamphlet with the usual safety advisories.The design is such that it is slightly offset towards the left. This means that on a double wall socket, it will not obstruct the other socket, provided you use a plug with lead on it -- a larger device, like a powerline plug, will surely be blocked though. It does not obstruct the switch on the wall socket either.The extension sits flush with the wall socket. Unfortunately, it does not come with an adjustable feet for the wall. This means that when you plug in something in the outer-most (left) socket of the plug, the plug might come out of the wall socket a bit.The grounding pin is connected to all three sockets on the plug. I'm just putting that out here, as there was a similar plug on Amazon that stated it should not be used with appliances that require a ground.I was disappointed to note that one of the safety door was permanently open. I could see that it was present, just that it would not close. I've taken a star off the rating due to this. In my case it is still useable, but obviously one should take care to double-check it if you have toddlers around that can reach it.The USB ports work, but haven't checked the voltages under load. I'll leave that to another reviewer.Other than the safety door issue, it appears to be well made - it doesn't feel like "cheap plastic". I like the aesthetics of the plug as well. I can't vouch for its longevity, but will certainly update this review if that's been an issue.---Update 16/10/2022Lencent has reached out regarding the issue with the safety door and offered to send out a replacement. The replacement is working as expected and has no faults. So, I'm happy with the proactive response from Lencent and I have changed the 4-star rating to a 5-star rating.

Good design and functionality with room for improvements
On the plus:. Its well thought design. Nice presentation and finish.. The USB-C port gives max 20watt which you can charge your laptop (ideally when laptop is off as its only 20w; it will charge the battery at rest but dont expect to plug and play a game on your laptop).. The two USB-A ports gives in total upto 18 watts (like 9V at 2amps) for QC 3 supported phones and devices.. It clears the wall socket next to it nicely.On the negative: (would be great if they add in future versions/improvements). The USB section has no ON/OFF switch (the other model of same brand have this function). The On/Off buttons for sockets are a bit shaky/flimsy, likely due to small size?. The shipping box protection can be improved as the item could get damaged during transport.

Well designed and practical
This is perfect if your plug has space to the left. It’s well designed and includes a USB-C slot. Was perfect for my requirements and the packaging, build quality, and overall aesthetics were excellent.
