Broken plastic caused a HUGE problem!
I bought this thing for my mom because she’s very sick and for the first few weeks it worked as described. But then, the plastic top, for no reason, broke, and we didn’t know it until my mother was spitting up blood, because the plastic had cut the inside of her mouth and her throat.

Concept is good but cup not very durable
Cup concept is great. Plan ahead it takes several hours to freeze. Cleaning is tricky with all the grooves inside the cup. Rim piece fell off after 3 uses. Maybe another brand would be more durable than this one.
