Absolutely Perfect
I needed a tool chest that was under 33” to fit below a workbench built for a CNC machine to store all of the end mills and clamping hardware. Everyone else makes 36” to 41” tall chests, and they want $650+ for them. At this price, I was surprised how well built it was, and it has just the right storage configuration for CNC parts. Seriously pleased with this purchase

They are a small size but they were perfect for I use them for. A great little box.
It was the perfect size for the area they are in. I bought 2 of them.. I like them.

If you like small tool chests, look no further.
My only complaint is that the drawers do not lock. I will probably just drill holes and install drawer locks for work, or eventually make this my at-home box.Pros:Comes with the small wrench for tightening the casters to the bottom.Looks good.Great for smaller garage or work space. Also great for rolling around the work space as needed.Bottom doors lock, and comes with two keys. All casters rotate. Two of them can be locked with a typical brake switch on the side of the caster.Drawers come with solid liners, and the top surface has a liner.Has a handle on the side and a small tray with holes for the other side for misc tools.Option to put another set of drawers on top, or use it as a surface to lay out tools for the job.

Poor quality and reliability
I ordered this cart for one of our schools last January 2024. A little over a year later and it is no longer functional. Here is what the teacher wrote to me: "the wheel busted and cannot be welded back on—we tried. It was really annoying actually, I was wheeling it in the hall and all of a sudden the wheel just fell off and fell forward and everything fell out." I would guess poor craftsmanship on this item. We paid $279.00 for the cart and a year later it is no longer useable. I would not recommend this item to anyone looking for something reliable and long-lasting.

Nice cart for children
I have purchased multiple 'work' carts in the past. I have never paid attention to the height, since all of them are about the same...top is about waist high. However, this one is VERY short. Top is about mid-thigh on me (5'11"). I have to bend over to push the cart. Multiple snide comments have been made as I've pushed the cart through the warehouse (I use if to store network wiring tools/installation equipment).Second issue is that the locking mechanism is finicky at best. When we took it out of the box, we couldn't even open the drawers...the locking mechanism had come undone inside. We had to take it apart to get it back to locking again. Unfortunately, I then had to put it on its side in order to install the casters. When it was put upright, the locking mechanism was again out of whack...drawers opened but didn't lock. Had to take it apart again to get it to lock correctly.Third issue is that there are two locks on the cabinet...and they take different keys! So we have to carry around two keys just to be able to access the contents. The workmanship of the cart itself (aside from the locking mechanism) seems to be fine. It isn't cheap thin tin...it seems quite sturdy...just wish there was more of it!

Its a winner
If you only need a small base unit, this is it. What I like is the bottom storage is not a drawer, but two lockable doors.Great for a circular saw, sabre saw and angle grinder. Easy assembly.Only drawback: there are two locks keyed different. If they were keyed identical that would be great. That's a small price to pay.I highly recommend this product.

Exactly what I needed!
I probably should give this 4 stars but I like it so I'll stick with 5. It's actually 29 3/16" tall with wheels installed, 13" deep and 24 1/4" wide (28 1/4 with side tool shelf installed; 30 7/8 with the shelf and bar). The drawers aren't the smoothest which is why I feel it should be 4 star, but I'm using it as a stand for a PC in the garage and my PC tinkering tools. It's a bit on the small size compared to other chests I have byCraftsman and Husky. The finish is clean and smooth and the drawers come with liners as well as the rubber mat on top which sits at 28 5/8" with wheels. I payed 100 for every other chest I have so this is a stretch but the fact that it's the exact demnsions I needed it's worth it.

Drawers don't stay shut, cabinet hard to open
Pros: rubber mat on top is decent. Drawer liners are nice. Easily movable to work location.Cons: The drawers do not have a mechanism to keep them from falling open other than adjusting the casters to set the front out-of-level. The casters are a glossy plastic. If you have an epoxy floor the brakes are worthless. This thing will slide when you try to open the cabinet doors. Cabinet doors are hard to open and the lock is sketchy at best.
