I get very little relief with migraines but ice always makes it better but it’s hard to keep on my head and keep cold. This product was easy, to keep on my head, kept cold easily an hr or longer, and felt so good and relieving. Would definitely recommend!

Saw it on a tiktok and had to buy it for my magrines. I was so helpful this week. I bought 2 so when it gets room temp I just exchange them.Comfort = it doesnt bother me or my husbands headTemperature = really cold at first then gets normal.I just it as a sleeve and as a pad.So happy I got them.

This is a bit awkward feeling at first and the cold can be a bit uncomfortable at first, but it really does work for migraine relief.

I bought this to have on hand when my other migraine hat is cooling. It's much less expensive than my normal one, but I figured I'd give it a shot...The compression on this is like non-existent. It's like just sitting on my head. My TheraICE Rx Form Fitting Gel Ice Headache / Migraine Relief Hat really fits snuggly on my skull, so the cold really sinks in fast and relieves my pain. This one is fine if you just want a cold pack on your head, but I personally want to get my headache to go away ASAP, so I'll stick with TheraIce.

We have a freezer full of different ice packs in our house that we use for back issues and migraines. This is the first thing we have found that puts even pressure around your head along with the chill from the freezer. I usually let it sit out for a few minutes because straight out of the freezer with this pressure is REALLY cold for me. But maybe is that I'm bald and don't have hair as a buffer so it is like putting ice right on your skin.We highly recommend this product for migraine sufferers!

Works very well for headaches.

I have another ice cap that I absolutely love and thought it would be nice to get a second one to alternate. What I found is that this cap is too tight/small. It just aggravates my migraine more because of the fit. I do like the hole on the top for my hair to come out, but that doesn't change the fact that it is too tight for a headache cap.

I suffer from migraines and this has helped so much. And on the plus side, it also feels amazing when I have hangovers. Even helps my puffy eyes. Overall, great product.
