The chair was comfortable, and it did look good. I have only had the chair since February 2023, and it is already broken. The center column wobbles, and it makes bad squeaking noises. It is uncomfortable to sit in now because it is so unsteady and leans to the left and to the right. In fact, small metal pieces fall from the center column as the chair wobbles from side to side. I am not large or overweight - so there is not extensive unnatural strain on the chair. I would not purchase this chair again. Unfortunate, because it was comfortable before it broke.

It didn't take long for it to be delivered. The packaging wasn't bad. A few were in bubble wrap (fun time!) and the plastic is lightweight. Assembling was easy and you're giving everything you need to put it together. Not too impressed with the adjustment on the head or the lumbar support. The armrest goes about halfway up on my arms, and I wish they were a little longer. I find the seat a little too firm for my liking. I'm 5'8" at 230 and the size chair is fine. Overall, not too bad for the price.
