this costume looks exactly like the pictures! to my surprise it was actually pretty thick too so would definitely keep baby warm if you’re going outside! the feet stay on pretty well too especially with a pair of socks underneath. runs true to size, my son was also able to crawl around with it on comfortably.

My grandson stayed warm and cozy, looked adorable, and didn't trash it. Last through 2 days worth of events he attended. Would recommend. True to size, washed well, and easy to out on.

I got this in the mail today for my 12 month old to wear for Halloween. It is darling on! The headpiece sheds a bit, but i’m not too discouraged by the shedding. We ordered the 12-18 month size and he is currently wearing mostly 12 months size clothes but is ready to transition to size 18 month clothing (he is tall for his age). The 12-18 month size costume fits him perfectly. It is a little baggy, but not too long for him which is exactly what I was hoping for. The elastic around the ankles make it so you could size up easily if your child was borderline on the sizing. I think this costume looks cute with a little extra looseness throughout the body and allows for clothes to be easily worn underneath. This costume seems very warm, so if you live in a warm place, I would recommend nothing underneath. It is perfect for layering in cold climates. The headpiece runs a little small. My son is 99th percentile for head size, however, so most hats for his age are way too small for him. This head piece is a little snug for him but I anticipated that and think it would work for most babies who fit in the body portion. It does Velcro underneath the chin. The booties are long enough for other shoes to fit underneath but the elastic at the top is tighter than would be practical to fit most shoes in. I plan for him to just wear socks underneath.

Love how it looks! Using for wizard of oz themed costumes. My toddler wears a size 5T and it fits great! I would say it is just a bit big so it would definitely fit a 6/7 year old as well in the size small. The only downfall is the lions mane does shed somewhat, nothing major though. Adding the “courage badge” to complete my sons costume and it looks great! The stuffed zebra is super cute and a plus, because my son loves stuffed animals in general. The costume is well made and I would buy again! Would recommend for any type of lion costume theme!!

Lots of fuzz comes off it. Must shake and then wash first to remove excess fabric.
