These cards are awesome and sure to last a very long time. The plastic is durable and shuffles cleanly. My one complaint is that the cards themselves are not foil/metallic/holographic/etc...only the box is. Unfortunately, this affects the visibility of the cards themselves as the grey/faux-gold color can be hard to see against the black background. I'd pay an extra $10 if it was possible to get an upgraded version instead...but none exist, unfortunately.

I honestly wasn't expecting these cards to be as good as they are. I am impressed with thier art, the ability to shuffle them well, and they durability. While the PVC is going to take me a second more to get used to, the feel on them isn't bad. The cards are slightly more slick at the start, but wear should help, and just pay attention to your shuffle.

These cards are durable, pretty, and educational. I learned about many mythological creatures and been obsessed with it.

The design work is great, black faced cards are fun to add into the routines but tend to be harder to read (a spectator trying to remember their card will have to work a bit harder here). They are PVC, not card stock, so they feel very different of course. I like these and glad I bought them, they have a place and will provide a wow factor for some tricks. The tuck case is awesome and they provide a nice gold on black pop. Get a set, you will enjoy them.

Love, love, LOVE these cards! I play an almost weekly poker game at a friend's house. Everybody loves these. They are very slick when dealing on his wooden table but no biggie. The only bad thing about them is sometimes the suits can be hard to see. There's already been a couple mistakes made by confusing one suit with another (spades and clubs namely). Could be remedied with bigger suit pips and or a brighter metallic foil or lighter color pips. Still 5 stars from me for these though. Can't express how much I enjoy using/handling these cards! I even pull them out to shuffle/ fiddle with them occasionally. I guess I should learn some sleight of hand lol.EditI wanted to add that I purchased one of the Theory11 Artisan deck of cards recently. They are of course very nice, but after using these and one other deck of plastic cards, I now very much prefer the plastic ones over paper. It's amazing how much less I like paper cards now. And that's for an actually very nice deck of cards. Anyways, anyone that may be on the fence about these or plastic cards in general, don't hesitate. These are a great start. Just be aware that they are definitely more slippery and a bit dark on this particular deck. Other than that, they're great.

Smooth shuffling. Easy dealing. Perfect thickness. Waterproof so you don't have to worry about accidents happening around alcohol. Nice game night cards.

I'm a huge Gamer, but i grew up playing card games with my grandparents. So i went looking for dark themed cards.Not only are they dark themed, but they have MYTHICAL CREATURES. Who wouldn't be interested?Okay, okay. I know what you're thinking.
