AUSTOR 132 Pieces Aluminum Oxide Sanding Drum Set with Free Box

Great price for quantity of abrasives used for my Dremel. Some of the spindles are small size that I would need smaller collet for but happy with purchase.

These sanding drums work well. There are several sizes for different uses. They fairly quickly wear out and sometimes fly dangerously off my rotary tool, but they are just sanding drums. I don't expect much. It is a consumable product. I use goggles when using the drums, so I don't get hurt when they spit and fly off the tool.

I used these on a basswood Ibanez electric guitar to create a battery cavity. Results were quite good, with clean cuts in the body and clean lines in the finish. I used more than a dozen sleeves in various sizes for this job. Though they need to be replaced often, I was left with the majority of my spares. The rubber drums from this set lasted through my project, but they are exceptionally low quality compared to alternatives. The screw assembly is crude, and fitting sleeves is awkward. These were the minimum tool to accomplish my job. They get a small project done quietly, but I'd recommend something more robust for difficult or repeated work. I could have saved time and effort by supplementing these with a rotary burr.

This sanding drum set is a great deal for the price. The pieces work just as well as the name‑brand versions I’ve used, and the assortment is really useful for different projects. Everything fits well, sands smoothly, and the storage box keeps it all organized. Definitely worth buying.

The parts fit in small plastic box to keep them together. Additionally, there are mounting bits that make it easy to change your sizes.

The case is too small. It smashed some of the drums. I have another case to put them in that won’t smash them. Really nice set.

Works exactly as expected! Good value for the money.

Sandpaper is a one time use and requires very low speed to do the job otherwise it will tear and fly into pieces. original dermel ones can be used for many times at any speed.
