Follow instructions, don't use on bare skin, can put in fridge in the bag
Brillian, can also chill in fridge. Comes with a bag to put in freezer. Easy to use. Comfortable even if not using the straps (don't put on bare skin). Large size are brillant for backs, larger people etc. Good Quality and if you follow the care instructions they should last well. TIPS: Remove straps prior to freezing. Use a towel underneath and DON'T put dierectly onto bare skin. Don't scrunch up or pierce these. If they need a clean hand wash in cold water and gentle detergent (like Ecover hand wash) and allow to dry on a microfibre towel.

GREAT
I had severe sciatica for 5 months I could not walk or put my foot down so till I was able to get to the physio it had to be self help and I got this it was amazing for the relief of pain it fitted my leg perfectly also I had a smaller one for the lower back. This sits in my fridge on the lower shelf as i still get twinges after my physio. Worth every penny..
