Customer service was good they stand behind there product and helped me arrange a shipping location as i delivered it to my home.I got this for my dad we own a LTL trucking freight business we 5-15stops per day and it works wonders it gave my dad the ability to keep working at His age 64. Charging only ever 2 or 3 days.

Item did not work
My item did not work. They suggested sending a part, I got it when I changed the part still does not work, I try to contact them but the number is not working and still have my money and no operating pallet. I will not purchase from this sellers again
