Great Addition to my Home Gym
No squeaks. Smooth motion. Don't move too fast unless you want the weight to swing. The cable is long and strong. I'm not sure how to shorten the cable but I will figure it out. The kit comes with basic instructions but they say nothing about how to use the supplied bits to shorten the cable. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Hi I didn't get the weight holder pole and the cable is different it's already got the metal eye so I don't have to bend the cable for support I was thinking the cable will be a little short to do tricep on a 6foot pole but it's longer and I can't cut it down
