The cabinet came in, cardboard box did not show external damage. Although the cabinet was packed in carefully ( even 2 wooden pieces on the side to protect it) the upper wooden piece was damaged jn 3 corners. I decided to keep the cabinet anyway. It was easy to assemble, from some pieces we had an extra one, it' s a pity it wasn't handled with more care

Overall pretty easy to assemble EXCEPT the cabinet doors! The pre made holes did not line up, causing the doors to not be flush with the rest of the unit. It was also nearly impossible to assemble without a drill.Update: the company did reach out to me and took my rating very seriously and have updated their instructions to reflect the realistic expectations on the assembly of this piece. I am pleased that the company gave me the choice to either received a full refund or replace the item.

Not sure if they sent me the wrong door closures, but these doors do not hinge out enough to be flush with the side of the cabinet. The doors can only be adjusted inward, they are adjusted out all the way. This makes the doors overlap. Very disappointed...

A nice buffet or bar cabinet with a mid century modern styling. I’ll start with the assembly; this makes IKEA furniture feel like a breeze. The cabinet assembly is considerable; I finished in about 90 minutes. The construction of the cabinet is OK; it’s made of laminated, medium density fiberboard (MDF). The MDF is of an OK quality, comparable to any other build-it-yourself furniture. The laminate seemed to be thin and chipped easily along the rough edges but nothing noticeable on the finished product.Once together, I think the cabinet looks nice. The color scheme is pleasing; however, there are three different types of gold trim on the cabinet. The gold colors on the feet, handles, and door trim are all different shades. Personally, I think the gold trim in the doors is a little too yellow and looks somewhat garish, but the trim in minimal.At the price point this is a very nice and modern looking piece of furniture. The assembly was longer than I anticipated but overall I am happy with this piece.

So/so difficult to assemble, flat pack. It’s nice looking but fairly shallow. Particle board so not crazy sturdy but it is solid enough for decorative use. all the parts were there, instructions were a little confusing, just need careful and post close attention. Looks good in the hallway.
