I love that these are capsules. I am so picky with tastes so I am super selective with gummies/chews, and anything liquid. Being able to take these just by swollowing makes them so tolerable. And not to mention the great benefits of ACV. Highly suggest these for anyone looking to improve their health.

This apple cider vinegar lymphatic blend capsule is easy to swallow. I find it a much more palatable way to add the benefits of apple cider vinegar to my diet without the bitter taste. The additional ingredients are a bonus and I find it makes a nice addition to my supplement regimen. It does not cause me any intestinal distress.

Way easier to take than trying to take a shot of or put ACV in a drink. No complaints from me!

wow these are huge. I haven't really tried them yet because im scared to swallow it. honestly I have an oil by the same company and I do like it so that's why I have a little faith in this maybe ill re-capsule them and take them
