Very firm.. I like it and it’s better for the body. Good support and you can add some cushions to get the better angles when you watch TV… Good size, Doesn’t take up too much space!

Well madeHappy with the quality but looks nothing like it did on the Amazon site ....The pattern is the same but the colour is nothing like it ...Not a single bit of white on it just blue and dark blue.I personally liked the contrast of the white and blue it’s one of the main reasons I chose this one ...Like I said Happy not Happy

The media could not be loaded.  Firm, but just what I needed to sit and watch TV. Very sturdy to lean back on and feel supported. Although having a softer pillow added more comfort. Fallen asleep on it a few times.

I recieved the product today. Which was damaged. I'm disabled British Army Veteran and no sold my car, so can't return, and less hassle to return. So had to sew a patch on the damaged area. So hopefully as a gesture of good will you can give a discount on the amount paid. I have taken photo evidence if required.Please get back to me. As I'm saving you from having a return, and therefore not have to replace with a replacement, and sell the return 2nd hand etc. I'm sure this is better 4 both parties. Bought one each for my nieces and one of the larger ones for my son. Tried one out and have now ordered one for myself. They are so comfortable. Also arrived in a couple of days.

The media could not be loaded.  I have tried to contact leewadee through there website various times and had no reply. I have tried to contact through email various times and had no reply. Spending over £220 I expected to get delivered new thai cushions however as you can see in the videos attached the state they got delivered in, covered in dust and marks as if they've been lying dormant in a bin for years.

Bought this for a decking area in my garden. The product is a bit rough around the edges and both items were very dirty. I’ve used a damp cloth and wiped them down. If they were for indoor use I would have sent them back.
