My child LOVES it!
My child is obsessed with trains and had NEVER seen nor heard a train whistle. So now, I can’t get him to stop playing with it. Wonder customer as well. Personal note on whistle was a special touch.

Probably get what you pay for here and likely would have an easier time and get a better sound with a more expensive version. Works ok, sounds like a train. Harder for small kids to get the sound to work.

Not loud enough
Not long or loud enough whistle when you blow it. Need to take very deep breathe to blow or whistle is very short.

Wooden train whistle is made well and wrapped well . Sounds realistic and I look forward in giving it as a gift to grandson .

Very nostalgic
This is the same way train whistles were made over 50 years ago! I guess if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! It really sounds like a train! I’m excited to share something from my own childhood with my grandchild. It’s nice to know some things stay the same! It’s a great little whistle with very simple parts, durable, and it works!
