I've been using this style of solo spoons, forks, and knives for years, and they're by far the most durable that I've discovered. Cheap too when you buy them in bulk like this.

If you're looking for a true heavy duty spoon, these are great. I've purchased many other brands that claim they are heavy duty but don't survive one use. These have held up great with hard ice cream, desserts, soup, stews. They're great for the lunch box for yogurt or fruit cups

Sturdiness was what I was looking for. Price was right also. Will be ordering again.

They're spoons so not a lot to say about them BUT they are super sturdy. I was able to get my dog's food out of the can even after it had been in the refrigerator. I know this means nothing to people who don't have dogs or don't feed their dogs canned food but it was strong enough to get the food out with no issues. I guess it would similar to a refrigerated can of chili. :)

I hate washing dishes. Hate it hate it hate it. The price on these is lower than what I'd pay someone to wash for me, so I often use one of these instead of breaking out the silverware.What I didn't count on was the quality being so great. These will take some punishment. You can still get yourself into a fight with a shiv-wielding five-year-old, but he won't be making that shiv without help from a bigger kid.My mom takes a few to work with her, and they don't break when her bag gets crushed, so these pass the backpack outer-pocket test.They work reasonably well for soups, very well for pastas, and have no bend to them at all under the heaviest desserts or oatmeal.These have a wide enough side to be zero hassle at picnics when you may have some cottage cheese on your plate and didn't think of grabbing a fork. Well, you don't have to if you have one of these.

I listened to the other reviewers for this product and anticipated that I would receive plastic teaspoons instead of the soup spoons shown in the product image.(-1 star because they still haven't fixed the image yet)I am very happy with my order, these spoons are very sturdy. I work in R&D for a sauce company and we go through hundreds of plastic spoons each week at work—we use them for measuring out spices, starches, and other ingredients as well as for tasting finished sauces. In an effort to reduce the amount of waste in our lab, we usually put them in the dishwasher and reuse them. But the cheaper plastic spoons sometimes warp after several runs through the dishwasher.Hopefully these heavy duty plastic spoons will hold up better—I would like these to last a very long time!

These spoons are exactly what I wanted. I was kind of worried they would end up being soup spoons but these spoons are NORMAL plastic spoons. They are also extra thick and very sturdy and rigid. I liked the ones that I was buying at the grocery store, but those have been out of stock lately. I checked Amazon, and the product reviews for the off-brands were terrible. So, I bought a box of the Solo brand, and they are great, just what I needed and I will buy these again.
