Milk Frother

Loved this product, it’s so simple and just great!! Great quality!! It’s worth the price! I bought it twice for my in laws, and recommend it to everyone! Only thing that personally didn’t like is that doesn’t have a sound to know that it’s done. After it finishes just keeps running I’m guessing that it’s for keeping the heat. It’s a good product that when you wash it, it’s not on risk to be damage trying to wash it. I have try other Milk Frother and that’s the main reason it damage. This one is just the best!!

****update 10/8*** Just quit working have taking it down for a 5 to a 1 absolutely just stopped working today tried new outlet it is wiped clean every use …it takes a while to heat but love that it is stainless and able to wash up the coated non stick if have before only last about a year before where the element is starts to burn the milk

Initially, this unit worked well. Having read some reviews, I opted to run for one latte at a time not to overwhelm the motor. The cold latte option was brilliant. It also was superb at upgrading my chamomile tea. I have used the motorized disk option; this was a game changer. It doesn't make too much noise and heats up contents faster than the stovetop—also a good choice for light infusion mixing.I received this unit in May 2023.As of June, the unit no longer turns on when plugged in. I have followed the directions in the documentation included.- Plugged the cord again.- Placed the milk frothing pitcher in the right place and did not touch the pitcher while working- Checked that the power supply has powerWith a 2-year warranty, I contacted Venzell for support. They initially took some time to respond and shipped a replacement unit. So far, the replacement unit has worked well - this is good. My hope is that this unit will last longer than a month.

Had an issue that I was able to fix. Easy to clean and has lasted longer than any other brand I have attempted to date. Quick responses from the company and good customer service which goes a LONG WAY. Only complaint is it does take a bit to heat up and sometimes I have to do more than one due to the size of the container.

This is a two piece frother, with the motor on the bottom piece and the spinner in the upper cup. The advantage of this unlike the all one piece frother is that you clean only the cup, and the motor never gets near water, which would ruin it, like it did in the last one I returned. The spinner works on a magnet that spins inside the housing of the bottom piece. Controls are simple and intuitive. Do not get any water in between the cup and bottom piece, as it gets extremely hot and starts to sizzle any liquid under the cup, and will error out. Highly recommended.

Works very well. Makes creamer very frothy. A little tricky at the setting and then press in. The setting will move as you press sometimes so you have to be careful. Other than that, great value for the price since I have bought more expensive ones that don’t last long.

For the first couple of months it was decent- took a long time and never turned off when it was on the hot foam option- eventually it became very finicky and would not spin - not sure if this was a magnet issue or what but eventually it completely stopped- so I did the adult thing and threw it away- very disappointed in this product.

I use this little machine every morning. I prefer the heated froth. I add my milk and then get to making coffee. When my coffee is done brewing, the milk is ready. I love that it’s stylish, easy to operate, and easy to clean.
