Zip came off
This one was a scam and within one trip zip came off and just a day before my next trip I had to buy another one from American tourister..these guys would have come on shark tank and jumped on the suitcase etc but quality is poor and I would stick to more known brands like American tourister, vip, safari etc

Default lock pin wasn’t working
The media could not be loaded. I received this package few days back when i was out of town.Once i came back i was excited to see this product as it gained name through shark tank.But when i tried opening luggage lock I wasn’t able to open with default pin that is 000 or 999 I tried all possible combinations for these.Also there was no manual available overall i had to break the lock as i need to travel just a day after i git this package

Very lovely colour. Easy to carry.

Superb quality
Quality is soooo good like I have bought it for my hair machines as I am a makeup artist. I need to carry is every now and then. No compromise with quality and the material.
