comfortable, reliable protection against accidents
These are more comfortable than the ubiquitous Depend underpants. I have only started using them, but I can see and feel that they fit better, and so provide better protection against leaks. I'm 81 and undergoing chemo and rely on the sort of protection and absorbency these provide.

Much better than the leading brand
I have had multiple bowel surgeries, resulting in a short bowel which makes inconsonance a constant problem day and night. After trying numerous brands of protective underwear with limited success, I gave the Noir brand a try. My first thought upon opening the package was, "goodness, these look much to bulky for me". However, after wearing the Noir brand for over a year now, I have not once had a "spillover" and despite the bulky look, the underwear is surprisingly comfortable and doesn't look as if my posterior has gained 10 lbs. I highly recommend giving these underwear a try if you are not totally satisfied with the brand you currently are using.

the Cadillac of protective disposable underwear
My parents (88 and 93) have used all of the major disposable underwear. For comfort, absorbency, and softness, you can't beat the Dry Direct disposable underwear for seniors. It's Unisex and produced in Italy. The disposable underwear comes in white and black and are packed tightly and neatly in a plastic sealed package. My parents will NEVER go back to the popular American brands.

My new favorite!
These give me more confidence than any other I’ve tried. The are very absorbent and they are designed so well that leaks are not a problem. In fact, because of my new found confidence with these, I am going out more, doing a lot more and am loving it. It has changed my life in that respect and I love the peace from not worrying about anything.

Not leak proof
The first order I recieved worked great. I was very pleased not 1 leak over night or during the day. So I ordered exactly same ones again. The second order of the same size med. every single diaper leaked, even during the day. Back to the drawing board.... I thought my hunt for a secure set of adult diapers for my disabled son was over... I'm so disappointed. He was very comfortable with the style and fit. Now we have to search again.

I really wanted to love these...
They look great. They are very black, not like some printed-on color but like india ink black. So black and with the texture they used they just sort of disappear and don't draw the eye. Visually, they are probably the least embarrassing diaper-type product I've ever used. I could be seen at the doctors office in nothing but these with just the slightest tinge of shame, which is really good for me.Quality wise they are very good like most of the European brands. They have raised internal leg gathers which are important if you have sudden voids or diarrhea.I really wanted to love them and after a test of a few out of one bag, I ordered two cases. But, I often don't have leakage right now; these are more of a "just in case" product. But almost daily by 2/3 of the way through the day, the pad inside the underwear has broken down in the middle and a lump of the absorbent material has worked up my rear until it sits there protruding like a tangerine. It is quite uncomfortable and if I am wearing jeans, I fear it will look like I have soiled myself. So I have to plan on changing at least twice a day even if I don't have any incontinence with the way the pad breaks down with in this product.I've had this happen before with cheap brands, and it was frustrating to have it happen with a premium European-made brand. At the time I purchased mine, Amazon didn't offer bags, just cases, so I had to buy directly from the manufacturer...but now it is much easier since Amazon sells them by the bag! I would advise purchasing a bag and using most of it before you buy a case. Make certain you don't have the lumpy-pad-issue. I got sucked in by the look and the quality and forgot to check function. I suspect people with more steady leakage will actually have less of a problem.
