What happened to quality?
Like what other reviews said, quality is bad. Puzzles seem to be cut by a blunt too. We have other Springbok puzzles and never had this issue. Too bad, the image was really nice. Returned it.

Very poor quality puzzle
I was really looking forward to doing this puzzle. Imagine the disappointment when I opened the bag to find 500 pieces that looked like they were cut apart with a dull knife. I have purchased much cheaper puzzles that put this one to shame. The pieces don’t even fit together unless I want to trim each one! I expected more from Springbok. Not sure I’ll purchase another.

Boxes are torn in shipping.
The puzzles themselves are fine. But the boxes are quite flimsy. All were bent and torn.

Found the pieces so thick it was sort of a chore to put this one together, having to press the pieces to get them to fit every single time. Grew weary of this puzzle but loved the subject matter and finished it. NO poster enclosed, arghhh, why??
