Worked Perfect for Small Repairs!
Had a few nail pops & re-screwed off the areas that had the pops.I dabbed a little of this stuff on my finger and squished it into the holes, dabbed it around a little to match texture.Waited for it to dry & voila perfect color & texture match.I don't think it would have worked as good on a larger area (I think the more expensive canned stuff would be better for larger areas) but for very small touch up this was perfect!

Cheap and Easy to Use
This is the second purchase and it has helped patch up my popcorn ceiling vastly. Easy to use and the finished product looks good.

3 to 4 stars
For me, personally, I wake to put 3 stars because of the final goal that did not work out. That being said, this is perfect for people with like a 2-3 inch patch area. For larger areas, i tried multiple approaches and none of them resulted in it blending into the rest of the popcorn ceiling. I think they need the popcorn to be a little smaller so that when you add paint on top then it's the size that they currently are (they're too big after adding paint). The idea is great though and the product is easy to work with.

Works
Rain leaked onto ceiling leaving a bare spot about 1 foot square. Applied this with a sponge and it turned out great. Cannot tell there was ever a bare spot. Great product.

Does not dry whote
This is a GREAT PRODUCT to patch existing popcorn as it is easy to apply, works much better than the spray version. The only thing that would make this better is if would dry ceiling white. I now need to touch up the paint where I patched

Good patch
I just used this once one patch and it worked great. I just kind of knifed it on, but would be great if it would work through a small sprayer or something like that.

10% as many ‘popcorns’ as there should be
Mixed it up nice, consistency a little thin for something that has to be applied to a ceiling, but no problem there. The paste dries away to nothing which is good. The problem is after I fixed a 3” x 3” area and the paste dried away, there were maybe 2 ‘popcorns’ per square inch. There should be 10x that much. If would take this entire container and 20 coats to properly fix a 2x2” area. Unless they fix the issue with their mix I recommend you don’t waste your time with this. The mix I got would be impossible for even a pro to make look good. I would have added a picture but it wouldn’t be fair because I also sprayed wall texture up there before I painted it in an attempt to somewhat make the area blend in.

Patched Garage Ceiling
I had old damage to the garage's popcorn ceiling due to drywall slipping off the truss on a home I was getting ready to sell. Rescrewed the drywall so it's flat, then used the ceiling patch texture to repair along the drywall's edge. Color matched perfectly. I don't think the home inspector even commented on it.
