poor pictures
Propably a useful book, but to my mind it"s rather difficult to locate some points(the pictures are not very good) and I can"t understand the explanation of some rather important for me exercises like Drilling Bamboo.. and others for sinus problems.Tried to look for on the sites of the author-not better

This works.
This facial acupressure seems to really work. When I use it before I go to bed my face seems to glow the next morning. I have tried a couple different techniques, face yoga, etc. and they didn't work as well as this. I actually ordered 2 books by accident and was going to send the second one back but my friend came over one night and we did this facial acupressure together and she loved the way it made her look too. Needless to say my friend grabbed the second book and I never ended up returning it!

Kindle version not recommended
I think the material is good, but the Kindle version's graphics are tiny and impossible to read the name of the acupressure points. You can go to the website / on the internet and find the images to copy - but it would be nice to have graphics in the Kindle book that you can use.So it is my recommendation to buy the regular book. Also, the routine takes a longer than 10 minutes, which is not a huge detractor. Perhaps it takes someone who has been doing it for months only ten minutes once they've memorized a couple of hundred acupressure points and the sequence, etc.Again, I think the material is good, but that it is just misrepresented in the two ways mentioned above. I will continue to use the material, and will ask Amazon to return the Kindle version for the regular book.UPDATE:As usual, Amazon took care of this issue much to my satisfaction. I put a call into Amazon and the rep gave me credit for the purchase (since it has been over seven days since I made the Kindle purchase), which I immediately applied towards purchase of the paperback version.

Try this routine!
Lol! Tried this for a week. Ran into a co-worker I saw the week before I started the program, & was told I look so well rested & happy! What was I doing? I use many of the routines morning & night while using my face cream. Really is not an inconvenience.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupressure
I read this book twice and loving it. There are lots of skin care tips and step by step method of massage. This book is also easy to understand.

Very relaxing
I have the paperback and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I did the routine on my own after following the instructions for a few days, so they are easy to remember. I've been doing the routine every second night for a few weeks, they take a long time to complete but for me, it is relaxing and enjoyable. Whilst I did not see any lines disappearing or tighter skin, I can clearly see a glow next morning and my skin feels softer and somewhat firmer at the forehead region but not anywhere else. One big plus here is that it does help with sinuses irritation from allergies. I get seasonal allergies and I followed the acupressure routine for the sinuses and it worked. But you have to be persistent, it won't go away after repeating the pressure for just three times. My condition went away after about half an hour of continues acupressure on all the sinuses points shown in the book. Just relax, listen to a book or watch TV and keep doing it, you'll have a wonderful good night sleep!

Really poorly produced / published book.
I am sure Ann Cosse knows her stuff, and you can watch her on You Tube for a demonstration, but this book, with regard to quality, is a joke. Seriously, I have never bought a book of such poor printing quality, and such a shame, as I was really looking forward to receiving it as other reviews had been good. However, on opening it up I was just so amazed, and annoyed, that Amazon would even consider producing this and expect people to pay nearly £10 for it.I manage volunteers and do training for them and the quality of my hand outs is far better than this "book", even on a tight budget. It is published by Amazon, and I am just amazed that Ann Cosse allowed this shorter version of one of her other books to be published using her name, or did she have no control on that?Another reviewer said the photographs were clear and easy to follow. No, no, no! They are really faded washed out black and white photocopies, where you can barely make out the points being shown on some pictures.I have never written a negative review before. The spell checking is also poor. Ann is French, I think, so translation may have impacted on the standard of spelling and grammar here. It just looks like some 13 year old cobbled this together as part of a school project? There are other books out there on this subject. I suggest that you do not buy. I am sending mine back ASAP. Shame on you Amazon for producing this, it could have been such a wonderful little book.

Good content but vastly over-priced
I bought this book on the strength of the video featuring acupressure for the eyes, which led me to Anne Cosse's website, where the book is shown as much thicker than it is. I was therefore disappointed to find that, although I paid over £13 for the book, it's an extremely slim volume with only 34 pages of actual instruction and it doesn't appear to have been copy-edited.There are several spelling errors: e.g. 'repositionning' with two n's, and 'loose' instead of 'lose'. Plus grammatical errors like:'Now that you master the acupoints...you can go further by roping your lifestyle in.' And sins of omission like:'Alcohol and drugs unleash behaviour and personality.' Unleash what sort of behaviour and personality? The language in this book requires a redraft, yet the reader is being charged top dollar (or £ in my case) for a badly-produced product. I think Anne should sack her proof-reader/copy-editor and start again.
