At first I was concerned about purchasing this item because I was unsure about the size and it fitting by 38" bust but this costume is great! It has stretchy elastic in the back so not only did it fit my bust but it wasn't tight or uncomfortable at all in the back! It was just the right length for the skirt that it was even appropriate for work! I wore this to Mickey's Halloween Party and paired it with a black cardigan and black tights and I was completely comfortable walking through Disneyland and going on rides. I got so many compliments for the cute retro look. Only downside is the ears are very floppy and definitely not wearable but that was ok for me because I planned on buying the sequined Minnie ears at Disneyland anyways. Overall compared to other costumes at party city other places this costume was just as good quality for a much better price that even included gloves! Only other negative is to be careful with the buttons because they're not securely sewed on and with the seat belt of the car they did fall off but again not a big deal to me because buttons can be easily sewn on. The dress itself is great and I can't wait to wear it again next year!

This is a great costume for the price! I did a few alterations to it to make it work for what I wanted but still fine on its own. I added black sequins to the ears because they came plain and I wanted a little more glitz. I also sewed the ears so they would stand up better because they are a little floppy. I am not a fan of halter tops so I made the halter into straps because it was long enough. I had read that it ran a bit large so I sized down and it fit perfectly. Was very happy with how it all turned out!! Got a lot of compliments.

Very cute for the money. I read the reviews, and ordered the M/L size, although I usually wear an XL (which was out of stock). I'm 5'5 about 180 lbs. and the M/L fits pretty well. I like that it's not too short, so it's suitable for a work party. Some reviews said the ears were floppy, but I think they're just fine, and the gloves, although snug, are also okay. I'll probably wear a slip because the crinoline underskirt is a little scratchy and a sweater to cover the halter. Very pleased with the purchase!

For the price it was awesome! It is cheaply made, but it did survive 1.5 days of wear. I put a petticoat dress and a t-shirt dress under it to make the skirt fluffy, make it more work appropriate, and protect me from the itchy fabric of the dress. The gloves fit perfectly and I have tiny hands. For $20 I am thrilled! People kept telling me I was cute :-).

Very cute costume and fits well. I'm 5'5", 120lb, and it fit just fine. The dress itself is stretchy around the waist. The petticoat underneath is REALLY itchy, but I wore a black camisole underneath and black tights, so it fixed that problem. The gloves were super tight, though. Maybe I just have bigger hands than the average woman, but they weren't comfortable to keep on all day. Overall, I'm pleased with this costume.

I ordered a small/medium, seeing as everyone said to order below your size because this costume runs large. Unfortunately, even that was too big for me but the chest area was so awkward fitting I had to wear a cardigan over it. The lace trim at the bottom is definitely not the same and the dress is very scratchy. The gloves are way too small and the seaming was falling apart. The black in the front does not go all the way around the dress, it looks very awkward. All in all though, they did ship very fast and that's what I get for buying a cheap costume.

This stuff is shiny and plastic-y, but I don't think I would have minded too much if I had bought a smaller size. I typically wear a size small or medium (mostly medium) depending on the style of the dress. Even though I saw the "runs large" comments, I was too worried to go down all the way to x-small, but if you're reading this and feeling like x-small will be too small, it won't. I wish I purchased the x-small.Also, this dress is not strapless. It's a halter style, where you tie the black ribbon-like material lining the neckline and bodice around your neck.

I really loved this dress! I'm a pretty large girl, usually fit a size L/XL.I got the M/L and it was pretty loose, but I knew that if I got the S/M, it wouldn't fit well, so I didn't exchange it.I'm also 5'3 and the dress was too long for my liking. It came down a tiny bit past my knees. I wouldn't have worn it if I couldn't shorten it, but my mom shortened it up for me. Super cute now!
