Awesome quality built very well fits perfect. I have a 2020 Dell XPS protected nicely and has adequate cooling vents for it to breathe. Perfect pricing is a little bit high, but it will definitely protect and exceed your expectation.

Fits like a glove. This is an exceptional laptop and this'll surely help keeping it safe from scuffs and soda can stains when docked. Ventilation won't be an issue at all with the openings. For those complaining about the cheap sticker, it's nothing a minute of your time, a blowdryer, and a slow pull couldn't fix. No adhesive left. Although this model is albeit older in Moore's years, it's a very strong laptop and this shell will preserve its structural integrity for years to come.

Case is slim, lightweight and does not add bulk to laptop. The case is cut exactly for this laptop; a super tight fit. You can't just pop the case on. You have to position the laptop onto each piece and carefully and slowly work each piece onto the laptop - go to manufacturer's website and read the instructions (with illustrations) first. Installation of bottom piece was easier than installation of top piece. Installation of top piece was a bit more difficult because I did not want to damage the screen, based on reading other reviewers' experiences. I could see how someone could easily damage the screen if not careful. You have to slide the case from the top and shimmy the case down the laptop screen. As you're shimmying the case, you have to make sure it shimmies down level across the width of the laptop. Otherwise, the case pops off. I slowly and carefully tapped the left side, then moved to right side, tap, tap tap, and back and forth and back and forth, keeping the case level as it was shimmied down the entire laptop. Then you have to pop in the corners gently. Wish manufacturer had a video.

Great product. Made well and fits my computer. Easy to put on. I installed both piece with no problem in under a minute. Fast shipping. If I need another case, I would buy this again. The look of this is very nice. Light grey see through so the dell is still showing up. Has vent cut outs on the bottom to allow my computer to breath.

So I have had to not only go through support because the first one just disappeared but now after an additional week of waiting, this case has arrived, does it fit...sure, if you don't look to closely. Truth be told it kind of blows my mind that a lot of the complaints are focused on install...which is NOT rocket science...However the bottom shell literally prevents the laptop from being opened all the way or properly. The catch on the bottom where the screen opens up directly rubs against the case!!! These laptops aren't cheap and for this company to be not only intentionally selling a dysfunctional but ultimately harmful product that essentially does the opposite of its intended purpose... THIS IS RIDICULOUS... Again repairs aren't cheap and I doubt this company has replaced any damaged parts or pc's after the fact. Really is a shame, because the plastic, look and feel are all exactly what you want them to be, but this thing could seriously damage your XPS if you arent paying attention. BE CAUTIOUS AND FILE A COMPLAINT if you have the same issue. I will be going through amazon as I do not intend to keep this case, not risking an expensive laptop for a $30-$40 piece of overpriced plastic to ruin it. NOT A CHANCE. -RETURN FILED AND ACCEPTED-

I cringed and held my breath as I snapped the hard plastic case around my delicate and expensive XPS 9500! But once it's on, its nice and snug. I have the silver and white shell so it scratches very easily and gets dirty quickly. I'm hoping this cover will protect it for years to come and it's a hard one to find... I've been looking for a solution for months. Glad to have it - you will be too. I don't love the tab for opening, I'd rather have that not there so it's easier to open. Once it's closed, you have to lift it to open the top. Other than that, I am very happy with it!

This case fits the Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 just fine. The fit is not loose. The cutouts at the bottom align perfectly with the vents of the laptop. The cutouts corresponding to the USB-C/Thunderbolt ports are wide enough and do not interfere with plugging-in USB-C/Thunderbolt cables. The lid/screen of the laptop opens at the the full range of angle per the design of the laptop when the top case is installed. Installation: It takes a little bit of time to figure out which end of the top case and which end of the bottom case to install first in order to not scratch or damage the laptop. For both the top case and bottom case, install first at the front end of the laptop, then carefully work on the sides, and then work on the back end last. Once the top and bottom case are fully installed, the fit is snug and not loose. No issues opening and closing the lid of the laptop.

Case functions as advertised, however I’m docking a couple stars because there is an instruction sticker placed directly on the lid of the product. This would be fine if it peeled away easily or was on an outer plastic sleeve, but instead requires you to scratch and damage your brand new case to get it off. My suggestion: use goo gone to make it easier to take off prior to installing, but should not be required for a product at this price point.

I was misled; it is not compatible with my XPS It covers the ports, and I had to return it, but I couldn't send it back. I had no time. But I have time now. So, I have lost my money. But if they haven't misled me. I would not lose my money. Very disappointing. I don't know if I have dumped the case into the bin or my storage place. My laptop spec: Dell XPS 17 9720 Laptop, Intel Core i7 Processor, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX 3060, 17" 4K Ultra HD+ Touchscreen, Silver Why would Amazon allow you to mislead consumers? It is not good at all.
