I'm disappointed with this purchase for numerous reasons:1) There is quite a learning curve to using this software. It is literally like learning a new language. I have had to invest well over 100 hours to watching YouTube training videos to learn the features of this software.2) I only get to install and us this software on one single computer. Looking at my software purchases on Amazon, every single other software download that I have purchased allows me to install on multiple computers. I literally have software I downloaded from Amazon over 10 years ago which they still allow me to redownload and/or reinstall on new computers. But not this EXPENSIVE Adobe software.3) Two weeks after I purchased this software, Microsoft added substantial upgrades to their FREE software Photo Editor and ClipChamp. I would recommend taking advantage of the very good and FREE Microsoft software Photo Editor and ClipChamp.In conclusion, this software is NOT WORTH either the Time required to learn, or the MONEY to buy.

A great editing software, easy to use. Once you figure out how to use it, it can crash and freeze. Much better than other brands. Very productive depending on how much ram your computer has. The 2021 version I made over 300 videos with till it stopped working no up dates were available able. The 2023 will keep up dating, there will be a blue bell in upper right hand corner if an update is pending or available. It was a difficult to get the down load to run and load, to many things to type in and set up. Photo shop elements I still don't care for, its hard to navigate and process with.

I owned an earlier version that I used frequently for a variety of image-related tasks. This new version is taking some getting used to as the user interface has changed somewhat. Frustrating when you know it's there but you have trouble finding it because it's not where you are used to it being. I am most excited about there being an 'auto-save' feature with this version, as I lost more than a couple of work sessions due to crashes or power failures when using my older version. I haven't used the Premiere Elements part too much, as I don't have a need to do much video editing, but it seemed like a good value to purchase the package in case I ever need to. Useful for beginners all the way up to professionals or semi-pros who don't require all the particular tools of a full Photoshop license.

I have been an Adobe user for at least 15+ years. I purchased this based on its supposed ability to use HEVC files. It does not, which is unacceptable given that just about any recent camera worth its salt is going to shoot in HEVC. Come on Adobe! Get with the times and quit trying to push everyone toward Premiere Pro which requires a monthly subscription. I'm not doing it. Photoshop was still useful and occasionally I may want to use Premiere for older stuff. Sadly, I had to replace my motherboard and subsequently wiped my entire SSD including my previous Adobe install I just paid for. Attempted to redownload/install and it wants my adobe account which the system cannot find. Then it tells me my product code was already used and cannot be used again. It's like they purposely make it next to impossible to recover what you paid for, So basically I forked over $150 for nothing. I WANT A REFUND! THIS IS BS! If not, I will never download anything from Adobe again and I will tell anyone who will listen how much you suck. This is a blatant effort to swindle people out of their money. There is a much better free app I'm sure they don't want me mentioning here, but it starts with a D and ends with avinciResolve.
