I had to buy this because I fall all of the time and I often hurt myself. My son has the receiver in his room and he says just knowing I have it on me gives him peace of mind.I am 47 yes old but due to my conditions, I am very shakey and unsteady and I just fall over. Having this makes me feel safer and it calls upon my son rather than bothering the ambulance service ( which my old alarm did) it is small and simple to set up. I carry it in my little bag but it comes with a lanyard if you want to use that.

I bought this for my mother who is slowly becoming weaker and has a higher chance of falling and hurting herself.In theory this is a very good product - as long as there's always somebody else in the house. However, if you're a working professional and don't work from home this is a challenge as theres no peace of mind for your family member at home.The product itself is easy to set up and great value for money and the range can span comfortably across a 3 bedroom home.I ended up returning this item, not because it's not good, it's great for what it does, but id like the peace of mind even when I am not at home and unfortunately this product can't give me that

Super simple to set up. Very easy to use.

Easy to set up and not complicated for the elderly to use. Reasonably priced and arrived when stated. Purchased for my mother who was worried no one would hear her if she called out, so this has given all of us peace of mind. It has been used once when the handset for the recliner fell out of reach on the floor and the chair tilted when mum tried to get up. Luckily the bell was on the lanyard around her neck and she was able to call for assistance. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Very loud and responsive device

Ready to go straight from the box. Can be stuck to the wall and remains totally unobtrusive. (It does have a wide selection of tunes you could play, if you really wanted to, but realistically the bell is the one for the job)

Perfect! Easy to get started. Not sure why some people had troubles. Just plug in the base where you need and give the clicker to the person who made need help. It has several sounds to choose from and different volume levels. I love it.

Ordered 2 receivers and transmitters, initially have to pair both of them to ring with any of the transmitter. Range is very very good. Nice product.....just missing fall feature for adults where it should auto alert in case of fall.....anyway does it job well...premium quality........
