Wow!
I had been trying to find a good magnesium supplement. I heard about these from a person I follow on IG Cynthia @fastover40 and thought I'd give them a try. They changed everything for me! I didn't realize I was deficient and felt an immediate jolt of energy and calm all at once. I'm not an anxious person, so for me I wanted to make sure I was getting this important nutrient. I turned my parents on to them and they are loving them so far as well. Worth it and I'll definitely continue using this supplement!

It’s hard to rate supplements because it’s not like you can really tell if they are doing what they are suppose to do. I like these because they were highly rated and you only have to take one capsule and the bottle last 3 months. For the price is works for my budget.

Not my fav magnesium
These are just ok. Didn’t live up to all the rave reviews. I had been taking another magnesium product and requires me to take 3 daily so was looking forward to only needing one daily. This supplement doesn’t seem to help me way magnesium normally does. Doesn’t help with rest or regularity and other perks from magnesium. I will finish the bottle and go back to my regular and get back to resting better
