True to size, material not cheap and these kept me from slipping while bowling.

Fit great! Love the fit and the look!

Great shoes but are a little tight and run on the smaller side. I would have ordered a half size larger.

The purple is more like a magenta. It runs narrow in the toe box, needed another half or full size larger.

I'm returning the pair ordered. I'd ordered sized up (if you bowl, you go with the Euro sizing as much as possible to avoid issues). The main issues, however, are width. And, where they are narrow or wide.The Pros of the shoe - looks sharp, and the soles look great, too. Seem rather good for someone wanting a shoe of their own.Cons - simply, this is a huge con. They are narrow. And, where they are narrow, there is no getting around it. It's narrow at the ball of the foot, and at the toes if you didn't size up. I put them on when my daughter said too tight, since they should have fit me. And, there is no way I'd lace them up as tight as they are.So, I'm returning them.If you don't have wide feet, you might be able to size up and get away with it. Not sure, really. She doesn't have wide feet.

After I bowl I will update my review. Out of the box they fit well. I purchased a size 7.5 and my everyday shoes are between 7 - 7.5. I have wide feet and these were just the right fit for me. I may switch my laces to navy colored but have not decided.I purchased these for the Kids Bowl Free program that alleys across the country participate in. I plan to bowl at least once per week with the kids and since my feet are no longer growing I figured these would last me for years, saving me the shore rental fee of $2.50/pair that is not included at my alley.I will update my review after I go bowling with them.

A HUGE “Thank You” to everyone who reviewed these shoes and complained that they ran narrow! The shoes run true to size in length and fit me great because I have narrow feet. They’re stylish and comfortable and there was no breaking-in period. The only negative , which earned them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don’t breathe as well as I would like and my feet are sweaty flern an evening of bowling.

I am very happy with this purchase. These are my first "real" bowling shoes. I am in two leagues in my third season, but used to borrow the house shoes.The size, the width are all perfect for me. I did not feel tired after playing twice in three days wearing these shoes. Got so many compliments for the design (except my coach, my coach said they are too busy, but he meant well X)Design (the pattern, colors) are important to me. I am happy that I found a model that is not only comfortable and technically sound, but also matches my individuality.
