I only wish i had known about this sooner. My husband frequently gets headaches and i sometimes get migraines. Cold is the best way to take the edge off of headaches and migraines but its a pain to hold an icepack in place. This cap gets plenty cold in the fridge, is comfortable to wear, the material is soft and stretchy, it fits my head and my husbands big head perfectly. It holds the head in a way that creates just enough even pressure to aid the pain relief. I do not recommend putting it in the freezer, the packs get very cold. We keep ours in its zip bag in the fridge. Its easy to clean as well. Definitely a must have for anyone that suffers from headaches and migraines, its totally a game changer!

I find that putting this in the refrigerator generates the perfect temperature to relieve a headache. This head wrap is thick and perfectly sized for comfort-I highly recommend it!

Not a fan that it isn't 360 coverage... I tend to get pretty bad migraines for which a full cooling sensation are most helpful. However, I still get some use out of this!The front (or back depending on how you wear it) part works great! It feels cool to the touch at room temperature and it's pretty cushy too. Even though this one isn't my favorite when I have a really bad headache, it's nice to use after a run to cool down and adjust from your forehead to the nape of your neck without feeling body-cold! I'm careful to hand-wash and air dry, but it's been lasting well so far.If you tend to get pain in only the front or back of your head, I'd recommend this one! If you're in search of an overall headache cure, I'd keep browsing.

My husband gets headaches a few times a month, and this product certainly helps relieve the headache a bit. It doesn't make the headache go away permanently, but it helps lighten the pain. My husband wears a hat size large, and this product stretches enough to fit around his head without issue.The material is soft and comfortable, he could sleep with it on while resting, waiting for the headache to go away. The cooling gel is only on the front half, I wish if it goes around all the way, so it can cool from all angle.

Start off by placing the headache hat in the freezer for at least 90 minutes to get it nice and cool. I prefer to store in the enclosed ziploc baggie. If I find that it's too cold on my eyes right out of the freezer, I just keep it up on my forehead for a few minutes then slip it down over my eyes. The coolness lasts for about 20 minutes give or take.The headache hat only has gel on the front of the hat, so the back of the hat is just stretchy material. It's very soft against the skin and stays in place when resting and moving around. To clean it, you just wipe it down with a damp cloth.

I had a nodule pop up on my forehead temporarily so I pulled this out of my refrigerator and donned it on my forehead and after awhile the nodule went away. This also works as a great eye mask that block out light if you have migraines or just simply want to sleep.
