Xiong chao

The knife came very sharp and stayed very sharp for weeks. Just needed a slight sharpening but that's normal with all the knives. I like the weight and the feel when handling it. I used the knife for cutting meat and fish most of the time. I would have given it 5 stars. The problem is that it broke from the handle. I can't attach it even if I want to. It broke at the narrowest part of the knife. The cheaper but similar knife lasted longer.
