I’m a woman who knows how to use most tools. This was fairly easy to put together. The directions were for a different chair and I still figured it out. My clients say it’s comfortable enough but not the best chair I’ve ever had. The color is beautiful. Easy to clean.

Love these chairs. The box arrived with a square base and I was freaking out because I wanted round with the rubber seal, but inside the box they were perfect.Put them together and have to say they’re well worth the money. Feel high quality and I’ve already gotten so many people asking where I’ve gotten them and we just installed them today. I’ll update a picture when the Salon install is complete

I really like the color but the chair is not sturdy & it has a defect. I actually have to pump up with my hand Up to let the chair up/down instead of pressing down with my foot & it is difficult to turn

I really love these super comfy chairs. Get compliments on them from my clients everyday. Very similar to picture shown.

The hydraulic function is improper. You can use your foot to properly lift the chair up and down. You have to bend down and force it to let down. Then you have to manually pump it up with your hand as well. I’ve hurt my back twice and constantly break my nails because of it. I absolutely hate that I’ve spent so much on it

I ordered 7 chairs from this company, one got losted , one worked and the other 5 were defective. Im trying to get my hair salon up and running , but this issue has stopped me from opening up sooner . I was told by Amazon that I ordered from a third party, so I have to wait until they receive the chairs , and then I 'll get my money back . Im very disappointed !!!!
