This gaming chair is just what I needed. Very comfortable and a great design.

Bought for my 16 yr old grandson he says it's alright. The leg rest really doesn't hold his legs. Assembly was difficult because some of the parts didn't fit together they were very tight.

I bought this chair because I needed to correct my posture when I work sitting down for long hours. There are two good things about this chair: 1) The actual support is great, and 2) Most of the screws came pre-attached, so I didn't have to hunt for them. But there are two bad things about this chair that tipped the rating for me. It's not the easiest thing to put together. The instructions were OK, but the problem is that you have to build the entire top portion (seat+back+handles) first and then pick it up to attach it to the base and the hydraulic lift. The top portion becomes quite heavy for this purpose, especially if you don't have some help from a 2nd person. But the biggest issue for me was that once I attached everything, the hydraulic lift DID NOT WORK!!! Luckily the height at which the chair was stuck worked for me, so I didn't have to return it. But I can imagine how much of a headache it would have been if that wasn't the case. The shipping box was flimsy for the product's 50lb weight and was already damaged from shipping, so there was no way I could have used it for return. I'm not even including the time wasted for disassembly and re-packing. Hope you have better luck, or hope you find a different chair that works for the same price!

It was easy enough to assemble, but it was missing a few screws.. I made it work but it was noticeable in the arm rests right away but I made due. Soon later the armrest would swivel causing you to have to pop them in or out which is a strange feature. After only a couple months of use the back adjusting mechanism broke, which i was able to deal with until the back had zero support. It was like a floppy pool noodle either falling forward or backward. This chair wasn't cheap...But the quality of the welding was incredibly cheap.. My partner and I are average height and weight, absolutely no reason for this to fall apart on us so quickly... I threw away the back and have been using my computer stool till i can afford a decent gaming chair....at least the leg rest still works... My cat likes it... I just put a towel on my computer stool >.<Save your money and do your homework.Ive been using it backless longer then having a back on it... It literally pains me to this day..I knew it wasn't gonna last forever but, to start falling apart in a few months is absolutely absurd and frustrating. I honestly felt/ feel helpless with this misfortune purchase...I like(d) the height of it...Stuck with this stool cause I fell a fool u.u

If you're not a lanky teenager or child or petite woman this may be a very uncomfortable decision. Having broad shoulders makes this chair feel like its squeezing my rear-delts & traps and cannot maintain a seated position without pain. However if you like brain-teasers like following advanced scientific schematics this chair is definitely for you. Now I'm no novice at putting furniture together but this chair took me around 2 hours of focused reading and labor. I'm being generous with a 3 star rating cause this chair would be fine for a slender person.
