Ordered in size "L", and all three labels indicate "L" ... BUT - the blue one and the gray one are indeed "L", however the black one is actually noticeably smaller than the other two ~ appears to probably be an "M". WHICH IS GREAT as it fits me like a glove. I started to order "M", but the reviews kept indicating the sizes are actually smaller than advertised, so I went with one size larger as advised in the reviews. Maybe the blue and gray ones will shrink a bit after washing, but they still fit very well - just not nice and tight and sexy as the black one ;-)ADDENDA: Washed the blue and gray shorts, and they DID SHRINK a bit - fit GREAT now... update later when I wash the black shorts :-|

Perfect fit and comfort

These are cute shorts, and my daughter likes them. I see why people have been confused with the sizing. These are teen sizes, and you can find the size chart in the pictures. We ordered a 14-16 (L) for my daughter who is 13. She's 5' and 95 lbs, and she likes her shorts to sit at her waist, not hips. The large gave her the extra room she needed to wear them at her waist. The M would definitely have been too tight in the crotch and probably too short for my comfort. In general, these run a bit small and short.

These shorts are very comfortable. They do not bleed washed in hot water. I don’t even think they really shrunk either, considering they are cotton. I’m 5’4” 115lbs, I usually wear an XS but I got the large. The reason why is because it says “teens”. Also in reading the questions being answered, I didn’t want bootie shorts. I just wanted shorts. The size in large is perfect as my butt checks do not stick out. The waist band is pretty thick, and it doesn’t seem cheaply made. These are great summer shorts and I will be using them for working out at home and running outside. Probably would not use them in a gym setting due to certain equipment and exercises and my modesty. I would say for bolder individuals that I would use the black ones for gym settings due to sweating.

I would recommend ordering these a size up. Also they are a little see through but overall not that bad.

Just got them in today! The shorts are awesome, but it's almost skin tight. The shorts fit close to the skin, but are breathable. It seems like the stitching is designed to make it fit closer around the thighs. If you dont like this I would recommend sizing up. They are really stretchy and I love them!!

These are small to size and the elastic twisted in the waist band and could not get it back to original place

Order 1-2 sizes up depending on how you want them to fit. They are sized quite small. They're soft, short, held up nicely through several washes and still going strong. And pocketed! I bought them for sleep/lounge shorts and they're exactly what I was looking for! 5'7 140lb, big booty. XL was perfect for me.
