Makes a nice change from rice
I buy this quite frequently and always find it very good. It's an excellent substitute for rice with an English casserole (stew) and makes a nice change. For health, barley is also anti-inflamatory, I'm told. I believe that's why barley water is available at Wimbledon!

Love this stuff
It's so nutty and delicious. Can't find this type of barley elsewhere and I'm so glad to - it's chunkier and nuttier than normal barley. It has a really fantastic texture
