Welp I'm a moron. I thought I was buying a bottle of sake that was Kit-Kat flavored.... It's not.If you like basic sake with a odd after taste then you should like it. If you thought you were going to get a cool bottle and stuff, well you were like me and should have read a review or two. Sorry people

These taste terrible. Which is fine, I honestly did not expect them to taste very good given that they are Sake flavored. I think you have to really love Sake for this to be a good choice. The box was nice. I took off one star for taste. I also took off one star because the red box that they came in was previously opened. While the bag inside was sealed, this was a gift and it looked as though I had opened the box before giving it. I would have preferred a new looking box (as, I imagine, would the recipient). It is a small detail, but one that mattered.Also buyer beware, the booze in here is not boiled or cooked out - you may have to eat a lot of them, but I suppose you could a buzz off of these.

I didn’t know what to expect, sake Kit Kat? I was amazed at how delicious it was. It was smooth and creamy with a delectable taste from the white chocolate and sake flavoring. Definitely a good marriage. A bit pricey, so this is a one time purchase for me, but I’m glad for the experience. It came with 9 miniature bars, I ate 2 before I took the pictures.

As the heading says, the Sake KitKats taste amazing. They're very unique, and I would absolutely buy again.Buuuut the reason I only gave 4/5 stars... is the amount given for the price I paid. Like what seems to be all Japanese KitKats, they are a very small snack, or party size.I'm not sure if that's just a cultural thing, or if you cannot purchase full size bars online...?Anyway; the presentation is always great... and the flavors, from what I've had (this included), are very nice. Though the price, especially for these Sake ones, is quite high when you really don't get much out of it.This one in particular I can somewhat understand the cost, since there is actual sake in the treats... But it's still a bit high.Overall though, delicious and for the most part worth it!

bought this for a white elephant x-mas gift.. .no comment on flavor but the box arrived crushed (was shipped in a padded envelope) and it's so small ! I guess I assumed for twenty bucks I'd be getting a reasonable amount of candy, or perhaps the photo of the sake bottle on the label tricked my mind into thinking the box would be larger. It's all written in Japanese, so aside from "9" I'm not sure of the weight, etc... the box is about 6 inches tall by 4" x 2". As is, I sure hope these are amazing, 'cause it seems more like $5 worth, *maybe* $10 given the novelty and import status...

Purchased as a holiday gift for my husband that loves everything Japanese and everything KitKat. We knew these would be mini kitkats since it says so right in the description and they are perfect for a treat so I don't understand why the other reviewers are complaining. The box was delivered in perfect condition and since it's the winter holidays there was no worry about chocolate melting. We were very happy with this purchase. I'm not a huge Sake fan but these were pleasantly surprising. Would definitely order again.

It would have been a perfect five star review, but the only thing that I found disappointing was the amount of brought. It brought so little that it wouldn't even be rude not to share. However the flavor was delightful. It truly tasted like sake and had a slight punch to it. Heck my mother, who it was intended for, said that if it had more you could probably get drunk eating them!
