I have only used this a couple of times and it is already not working. The app is terrible and doesn’t function properly. I am very disappointed and sending it back. I would venture to say a more expensive brand might be the best bet. This thing is rubbish.

The media could not be loaded.  I love to keep my drinks at the perfect temperature with this new mug. It interacts well with the app and has good capability to even warm drinks that start off cold!

Failure of company to respond to several requests for assistance after product failure within warranty period.

I like the idea of this. The cup is only 10 ounce instead of 12 but I could live with that. The charging base was always sensitive and I had to place the cup just so for it to charge. Now the base is not charging it at all.

No printed instructions cam with item and none were available on-line - efforts to set desired temperature were a complete failure - controlp would not increase or decrease temperature setting - product is being returned to Amazon for a refund

Greatest thing ever. Used it for coffee in the morning and kept it at my desired temp until I finished it. Also I was curious to see if it would heat cold water to the temperature I allocated, and it did. These photos show how it warms the water up and creates the steam.

I don't write reviews normally, but I had to this time.The product description is a lie, it's made of plastic on the outside and a weird coated plastic on the inside. It's not ceramic or metal anywhere. I doubt it's safe to drink from.The inside stains immediately, the grip is thin and tappered to hurt the hand. Where you rest your thumb, there's a bottom that vibrates the mug when hot. It's meant to change the temp but even when "locked" at a temp, it still vibrates like a cellphone when touched.The app is a total mess. You can override the temp to "212 F" (boiling point of water) and it's options are very limited, when they work at all.The side display on the mug works most of the time but flickers when charging occasionally.You're being lied to if you buy the "heated mug". There is absolutely no way I would trust anything of this poor quality full of hot liquid with a lithium ion battery inside, near my face.

So the temp that it shows on the mug and the actual temp is about 5 degrees off. May not be a big deal to some people but I bought this specially to feed baby birds and keep my formula at 108 degrees while feeding. Not accurate

Doesn't work at all!!! Total failure. Won't charge. Won't work. Super disappointing.
