This product is great

I like the display a lot. It's bright and clear and looks good. The control buttons are another story. They are tiny and barely raised off the top surface of the clock making it difficult to determine if you are actually pushing a button or not. The snooze bar is slightly better, being wider and a little taller, but still very difficult to find once the screeching alarm has scared you awake!! And I mean SCARED you awake! It is the screechiest and most obnoxious "4 burst" tone I think I've ever heard! It's hard to discibe, but imagine a quick chalk board screech combined with the twang made by a breaking guitar string, and then being repeated quickly at you in a 4 tone burst, over & over at the loudest setting ever, while you slap around for a snooze bar you can't find! It's like being shot at with sound! Yikes! It's not the best thing to wake up to. I'm trying to get used to it, but it ain't working. So just be aware!

If you just need a clock to get by with that simple and give you time & has some adjustments to bright to dim but most importantly you get to know what time it is this is cheap and will do just that. It had to be plugged in to USB port to work even with batteries added it will not with with out it being plugged it the short cord hurts you as to where you can place this in your bed room or living room or kitchen..the short coard makes it hard to charge just anywhere.. which sucks. 😐🙄 but over all I'd say it's a good 4 of 10 just to have something to use to get by with until your willing to pay 20.00 or more for a decent mobile clock that gives you more options to charge or not charge and places to display in your home.. and more settings. But simple just need time to be seen than thats all you'll get is a clock with limited places to place in your home & high & dim light on display. So it depends on what you need it for. First off, the "auto" dimming feature is useless, because it operates based on time-of-day rather than surrounding light.Second, the "medium" brightness setting makes for less light than the faintest night light, but allows the digital device to be eminently readable.Third, it's reasonably priced.
