Terrible headaches
I have a sleep disorder so have been taking several different types of sleep aids for over 20 years. Decided to try this one since the price was good. It didnt work at all for me. Not only did I fail to fall asleep faster, it took me two hours ever night, it gave me a terrible headache every morning after waking up. May work for you but not for me.

Absolutely No Effect
It is now 1:00 A.M. I took “2 capsules” at 10:30 this evening because one capsule yesterday was not effective. Still waiting for Mr. Sandman. This was a total waste of money.

Finding the right dosage takes some time.
I'm cross-posting this review as I tried the 1mg, 3mg, and 10 mg capsules. As I had never tried this brand or this combination of ingredients, I started slow with the lowest dosage. The 1mg capsules didn't really seem to do much at all. After 3 nights, I switched to the 3mg capsules. I still had some trouble getting to sleep, but seemed to sleep well-- I still woke up two or three times each night, but did seem to go back to sleep quicker. So, the 3mg capsules helped a little.I took the 3mg capsules for 4 nights, then made the switch to the 10mg capsules. There seemed to be quite a bit of difference. I went to sleep faster, and after taking them for 5 nights I was staying asleep longer and only had 2 episodes of waking up in the middle of the night during those 5 nights. This is my experience only, and others may have had different effects for better or worse. I think the 10 mg capsules did help me sleep better, but I'm not sure if I'll reorder them or if I'll try a slightly higher dosage. I plan to check with my doctor and get his opinion on that.I think, price-wise, these capsules are a good value-- especially if they DO work for you. I had no negative results or reactions from taking any of the 3 dosages. Again, my experience only.

Great Melatonin Supplements.
I've been an insomniac most of my life, so I really appreciate a good night's sleep. I've been taking Melatonin on and off for years, taking breaks when the needed dose would get high - the most I've taken is 65mg. In the recent months, I've been prescribed a medication that, in combination with Melatonin, finally helps me get some sleep.Prior to trying these supplements (for the last few months), I was taking 20mg (2x10mg) of a different brand of Melatonin.I've tried four different strengths of this brand's Melatonin - 10mg, 12mg, 15mg, 20mg. They all come with additional ingredients: Magnesium, L-Tryptophan, Valerian, Ashwagandha, Hops, GABA, Passionflower, Chamomille, MCT Oil. I already take Magnesium for restless legs, but I honestly didn't expect much from the other ingredients - I just wanted the Melatonin to work.I've now been taking these for the last couple of weeks, alternating different doses, and my results have been great. All of the doses affected me about the same, as far as how quickly they put me to sleep. I imagine this is due to the additional ingredients, what time I'm going to sleep, if I had a slow or fast paced day, etc. I didn't keep a sleep diary, but I did keep an eye on the time, and with all of them, I was yawning within 45-60 minutes and going to sleep within about 90 minutes (which is great for me).I will note that, after the first dose of each (I wanted to get the accurate time on random days), on the days when I'm going to bed early/earlier, I tend to take the 10mg or 12mg dose, but when I'm going to bed later than usual, I take the 15mg or 20mg. I try to go to bed at the same time every night, but it doesn't always work out that way.Pro tip: I would say the most important two things to help Melatonin help you are: 1) turn off all the lights (TV is ok, just make sure it's not too bright or too loud or too quiet (so you have to strain to hear it), and don't watch anything too exciting or scary, etc that will get your heart rate up), and 2) don't play on your phone, tablet, etc AT ALL once you take it.All in all, I'm very happy with all of the doses of these Melatonin supplements. (They also have 30mg and 40mg doses, but I haven't tried those yet.) I am going to continue taking them as needed, and would definitely buy more once I run out.:)

10mg Melatonin + Tryptophan+ Gaba + etc. (in unknown quantities). Capsule form.
Melatonin works great for me. I don't normally have sleep problems, but if I want to get sleep early (because I need to get up early), then I can take melatonin, and in about 20 minutes, I'm ready to sleep. Works like a charm, and it's non-habit forming with few (if any) side effects for me.You can get both melatonin in pills by itself and as a mixture with other stuff believed to aid in falling asleep. I find some of these mixtures to be good, although some of them don't seem to do much more than the melatonin itself. These capsules contain both 10mg of melatonin (more than enough for most adults), plus undisclosed amounts of the following:MagnesiumL-TryptophanValerianHopsAshwagandhaGabaChamomillePassionflowerMCT OilThe total of all those other ingredients is 767mg, but there's no disclosure of the individual amounts. That's annoying, for sure. Most competitors reveal the amounts of most of these things separately.I found that the capsules worked fine for sleep--not a surprise as 2+ mg of melatonin is usually enough for me. I can't attest to the value of the remaining ingredients, but I felt fine when I awoke the next day.On the whole, while I like melatonin, and some of the ingredients here seem useful in my case (Tryptophan, Gaba), because the manufacturer doesn't reveal the amounts of these things, it's hard to compare to the competition. For a cocktail supplement like this one, the price is reasonable, but I do wish I knew more about how much of each element of the cocktail was included.Note that this same manufacturer sells essentially the same cocktail pills with many different doses of melatonin. It appears that all the other ingredients stay the same, it's only the melatonin dose that varies. Since these are capsules, you can split them, so pick the dose that works properly for you.

Satisfied with efficacy and price.
I have a sleep disorder. I have tried many different medications. I used this product for 2 days. I took 1 pill on the first day and there was some effect. And on the second day, I took 2 tablets and it was even better. This is 10 milligrams of melatonin per tablet.
