I've done quite intensive research on the ingredients in these gummies and I'm quite impressed!There has been multiple studies on Genistein and not only has it shown to improve hair growth but it also has shown to improve skin, a win-win! The ingredients in these gummies have shown to both target men and women. I have been taking these gummies nightly ( one of the ingredients is Melatonin which has been used for years as a reliable way to reduce shedding and stimulate both wool and fur growth in animals. Topical Melatonin has been shown to reverse the course of hormonal hair loss in women). I'm now on week four and have visible results with my hair. I've been combining this with a hair growth oil and have thousands of new baby hairs! I'm definitely excited to see the full improvements around the 6th month mark!

I can't 100% say if these work or not because it's only been 3 weeks of use and that is not nearly long enough to decide on hair growth. However, I have found that my nails are not brittle anymore, something that I can see with just a couple days of use with any biotin. The biggest downfall is the taste. It says tropical fruit, but it's oh so sweet. Like, too much gelatin and sugar. Its tolerable, but super annoying because I dislike when things are full of added sugar. It's also $40 for a one month supply, something I'm not used to for biotin. It is nice though because they aren't overly chewy, hard, or a ridiculous texture.

I was finally able to finish this bottle (as I have not been very consistent in taking daily) and I do got to say that I did notice some improvement, especially in my nails- They appear to be stronger. My hair is super long, so I didn't notice obvious results: BUT, I did notice that my new hair growth appeared shinier. I personally love sweetness, so these were perfect for me (as they are on the sweeter side). I definitely would consider adding to my vitamin regimen; but, would prefer that these would cost a little less (around $25).

Just too sweet for my taste. And flavor is not my favorite but if you keep eating it probably your palate is gonna get used to it, I just have a very special palate lol. The gummies already have natural sugar I don’t think there is a need to add more sugar on top unless the flavor is not the best. I cannot say if it works or not cause I stopped half way. Personally I can’t do very sweet stuff.

I haven’t seen an update to my hair growth yet but I will update after the jar is gone. The flavor is okay as well and tastes bitter sweet.

Taste weird and are huge for a gummie. I haven't noticed any growth in my hair but my nails grew super fast.

Save your money. Tasted old like it’s been stored for years. Opened it up so can’t return it. Didn’t work for me in the least. Very disappointed.
