I was not given two bags of sand as promised - but the one bag covered enough for me - and the sand is so fine that my glitter and mica powder show through (don't judge me, its MY Zen garden :P).The wood is also high quality and stones are smooth, and were super easy to paint (again, don't judge me; MY Zen garden ;) ).I am also not sure what the incense burner is supposed to be, but I'm okay with that - because I don't burn incense, I enjoy candles instead, and tea lights sit really well in this! The green piece was also too big for me, so I omitted it - but my husband said it was great to use with his Warhammer modeling, so it was a win/win!I also appreciate that the rake was well crafted, and not just some little sticks glued on to the end of the shell for a rake - they are actually dowels that are placed inside the rake's head so that they don't fall off easily like all of the other zen gardens I have used.If you find that the sand isn't efficient, they have high quality sands at craft stores, as well as here on Amazon - and you can get them in any color in order to customize your own little happy place.I highly recommend this product, and I think anyone who would like a zen garden as a gift, will certainly like this one.

I know that several other people had mentioned that they only got one bag of sand. Since there are two bags pictured, I was hoping that the seller had corrected the issue. No such luck! They are displaying two bags of sand but only sending one. False advertising if you ask me. I like the accessories and the tray so I will be keeping it but I’ll have to fine more/different sand. Plan on the added expense if you order.

Missing second bag of sand and can't figure out who to notify so I can get this. Otherwise it looks great.

This is on my desk at work and it is very cute. However there isn't enough sand and it’s very large and grainy in texture. I was wondering if the seller can send more sand please?Also the rock says “Courage” instead of “Zen”. The “Zen” rock is in the photo.

I really like it but I will have to purchase more sand. It didn't even come with enough to cover the entire bottom of the box. 😐

So nice on my coffee table and so relaxing to move the sand around
